Ulta Beauty, Lancaster OH

Very frustrating experience, I usually love this store. The employees stood around talking to their friends, I was looking for foundation and could not get anyone to even acknowledge me. While checking out I saw multiple employees chatting and completely ignoring customers. The girl that rang me up was very friendly, the rest of the store needs a makeover. Also the testers were dried out and disgusting. Kinda impossible to pick out makeup if the samples are nasty and the employees don’t want to help.

I absolutely love ulta beauty. I always go here to get gifts for my family. I especially love when they give you gifts for buying certain items. It's like your buying a gift and getting a gift for yourself. The sauvage by Dior is my favorite for my boyfriend. Oh and the Versace.if you get stuck (like me) the employees are always willing to give you a helping hand. Employees are always kind and seem like they actually like their job! I always recommend shopping at ulta beauty stores. Whether at home or online you'll always find something.

Hayden was amazing. He really went above and beyond to make sure that I was getting the best product but at the reasonable price that I was looking for. I love the store, the staff is always great. But Hayden really did a great job

I had a great experience here! The place looked great and very clean! Lori was the employee that helped me find an amazing Cologne that I absolutely love now! She was very kind and helpful shes also very knowledgeable about the products and had a really positive attitude that made my day! I’ll be sure to stop back in here again really soon!

Maria was the best. Just finished chemo. She helped me find the right stuff for my hair. Soo helpful

My haircut was just so so. The woman who did it was talented and very nice but wasn't able to do that much with my length.

It's really nice the wife loves It the only thing I don't like about it is it's expensive kinda but they definitely have what your looking for as in makeup and perfume and Cologne

This is an excellent place to buy perfumes, hair care, skin care. Everything to make you look and feel beautiful. There are a lot of awesome ideas for Christmas here.

Priced way high. I purchased Invictus by Poco Ruban at JC Penney for $32 and the price at Ulta Beauty was $92. I won't be in a hurry to go back there again.

First time shopping here so I wanted to have help finding the right shade of foundation and a good one. Well I get there and was greeted and I said I need help, there was multiple girls up front and one said someone would be with me so I waited and waited, no one came to help me. So I just ended up looking for what I wanted and matching myself. Not a what I expected at all, very dissapointed. This was at the Lancaster Ohio store

Have never been there till today. I got my hair wash.trimmed and style and my eyebrows waxed.love it.pick up a new lipstick and tweezer.will be going back again
