Update: 11/26/22: I now live very close to this location. I do wish they opened earlier lol. I am into wigs and the ones I get are not too cheap so I don't want to ruin them when they need tweaking. I've been taking my wigs to their salon and EVERYTIME the job is perfect! They consider it a bang trim. So I'm only charged $10! Of coarse I'm sure to tip very well $10+. They go out of their way. They're all friendly in the salon and the store. I can't recommend them enough. They carry such a great variety. GO THERE! Check out the salon and the Benefit brow bar.

I love going to this Ulta, not just because I love makeup, but because the staff is helpful, and friendly. They really go out of their way to help me. No matter how much money or how little money your spending you're treated like a queen. I love the service that I receive. Just in case you didn't know they sell everything cosmetics from drugstore to midrange to highend.

Always very helpful finding you colors that are your shade, my granddaughter had a great experience with me there. If you want a make over they help with that you can make appointments on line. Or just stop in an find help from any employee. Very knowledgeable staff, if you need advice or just to be pointed in the right direction.

I love Ulta! The different varieties of makeup brands. They help me with products that are best for me. I have my favorites both hi end/ budget friendly. I now get my hair done by one of the beautician's there.

All the sales associates have always been very helpful and kind. Usually always find everything I need and have been color matched for a few different foundations over time by some fantastic employees. Only reason I am not giving this 5 stars is because I didn’t really appreciate the store manager mean-mugging me and almost seemed to follow me/walking around me. Believe his name is Richard, and it just isn’t a good look to do to someone who regularly shops there. I’m sticking to another location for that reason, got a little uncomfortable lol.

I showed up to an appointment I booked weeks ago with dawn while I was in her chair only to show up and they told me she was on vacation. I got the text reminder and everything. Completely unprofessional to not call me to cancel or reschedule. They asked me if I was sure it was that location and I told her that dawn was literally the one to book it. Terrible service. 40 minutes of driving back and forth for nothing. Won't be back. Laughable.

Ive been struggling to find a foundation to match my skin, I went to this location looking for a foundation match and Beauty Advisor Kayla did a wonderful job of showing multiple products, application tips and also was very patient and kind. I will be returning to the store to work with her specifically.

Had my roots touched up by Sheila today. She was very personable and did an excellent job! Everything was blended well and my hair feels very healthy and soft. Thank you!

Booking a natural hair appointment online is a hassle especially if you have a stylist w time restraints. The online app isnt realistic it depends on the stylist if they can commit to the service. Appointment app needs improvement.

Don't really shop here but service was nice and friendly it was easy in easy out from what I've saw they have lots of stuff for you girsl to go crazy over

Always get a good attention and great service, wish they have what I need and used to find in this store but it's not always the store's fault for not having some brand/stuff all the time.

I love Ulta Beauty! The people are always helpful, customer service is on point and it’s clean and well lit. I do wish they would have more samples. Lately, no samples. This is unusual for they previously ALWAYS had “goodies” to try.

I shop this store often and always have had good service. Plenty of staff available to answer questions but not hovering. Lots of well stocked and organized shelves of products

Not one sales person, asked if I wanted any help. When I walked in it appeared all sales people were gathered at the front desk.
Worst store ever, will try Solon store from now on, if I decide to try ultra again. Have always gone to Big box store and will probably go back to them
