First time ever there had to get xmass gift the ladies working were very helpful and go out of their way to give amazing service!

Asked for assistance with magnifying mirrors and specifically asked for a person who knew about the differences and the girl took me to the aisle, picked boxes up and read the information and recommended a mirror that wasn't even magnifying! Waste of time. Please educate your employees.

Came to the store to get matched for a new concealer color. Not one person asked if I needed assistance or help the entire 15 minutes I was in the store popping different concealers on. I actually only seen one person in store who was behind the front desk. No one walking the floor which is Very unusual. Very disappointed in my experience today. To Sephora I go

The store is so clean on the inside and everything seemed very well stocked. I had trouble finding a foundation shade in a new brand because my old one started breaking me out and Bailey was the most amazing help! She stopped and asked if I needed any help and she spent as much time as I needed answering all of my questions and gave me suggestions. Will definitely try to find her when I go back if I need more help!

First time in Ulta to buy a gift. Asked a question about the item at the check out and the clerk said I was wasting my money. Won't be back.

Disappointed. Line was huge when I came in. Shopped for 20 minutes. Line was still huge when I went to checkout, and moving absurdly slow. I left $200 worth of product on the counter and went to Sephora instead.

My experience at Ulta Salon was incredible. My stylist spent 2.5 hours with me, making sure I was getting what I wanted. She asked the right questions. She took her time to he thorough. And when it was all said and done, the transformation was amazing. Thank you, Racheal, for being my beauty savior! I highly recommend this salon to anyone. All of the staff are friendly and they support each other. I felt like a princess. I can't hardly explain how this has affected my confidence! I'm holding my chin a bit higher now.

Every employee that I've encountered is so friendly and willing to help you find a product,
or recommend something similar if they a currently out of what your looking for. Rachel Foster is literally my Eyebrow waxing Queen she does a fabulous job and has amazing and friendly customer service.

Great variety, prices are a bit high. There is usually good service, but there are times when it is difficult to get assistance. Jen is amazing at the brow bar, I had my Eyebrows done by someone at the salon when Jen wasn't in and I now have to regrow both brows. Rachel at the salon does pretty good on brows though. Those are the only two.

The store was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. There is plenty of nearby parking and the store is located at street level. Items were stocked and the checkout service was fast.

Always friendly staff. Love the selection of everything I am looking for. Definitely stop in for a quality product.

I have products that I have received from Ipsy. I was interested in buying a couple of the ones I had received. The staff at Ulta Beauty know exactly What you want, what you're looking for, And how to help You. Very professional staff!

You're wife need some makeup, hair treatment, Parfums, all for beauty supplies, this is the place!

When I got home from shopping at Ulta I realized I missed out on my freebie so I called to see If I could still pick up the freebie and they went above and beyond! Hooked me up with all the freebies! They might be expensive but the freebies always make it more exciting! LOVE ULTA! Also all the employees are so helpful and awesome!

I love ulta. Wide selection of makeup and hair products. Jen that does brows is awesome. Everyone is always helpful and nice and you can try makeup products

Had my hair cut here and they did a great job! Love the people who work here and they're ALWAYS very helpful. I can shop all day here!

Well, I got there for my consultation. My stylist had cancelled her appointments, but no one called me. I drove from Fremont. So I decided to explore the store. As a licensed cosmetologist, this store was heaven. Only took the time to look at 1/8 of the place. It was heaven ️ There were 2 absolutely wonderful young women that made my day. Arriana & Taylor. They both went out of their way to help me. Helping find new products to try, and when I got home, I will never go without primer again! Thank you for such a short, but great experience! Going back soon!

Hmmmm, lesson learned the hard way. Should have listened to all of the RR wives and had my hair colored at Christian Roberts Salon in Norwalk!
November 6 at 10: 45 A. M.was my hair appointment, I wanted all over color and a cut. (Yes my roots were dark but the rest of my hair wasn’t.) I was told it would take a total of two hours to do my hair, around 5: 25 P. M. We (my pregnant daughter was with me) was paying $185.00 plus $ 45.00 tip.
I told the lady be careful not get any coloring on my sweater and shirt because there are new, first time I wore them. Long story short, they are ruined!
My hair in the back was so uneven I had to get it recut. I sure wish I could add photos of this HORRIBLE color & cut, ruined clothing.
The manager did contact me two weeks ago, I took survey and mentioned the HORRIBLE SERVICE I received from the Sandusky store. I was offered a 25% discount on my next service, which never will happen AGAIN!
WARNING LADIES, I would think twice about hair service at the Sandusky salon, I wouldn’t want anyone to go through what I did.

Ulta has everything anyone could possibly need in a beauty store! I heard they acquired a new employee, Tatiana, that I absolutely ADORED at Sephora! She is attentive, funny, kind, helpful, and extremely smart. Highly recommend this store.
