Ulta Beauty, North Olmsted OH

Went to Ulta Salon in North Olmsted and had Tahani do my hair - highlights, lowlights, and cut - and it’s the best my hair has ever looked! She did a fantastic job and was super professional. My hair has received so so so many compliments!

Not the best customer service, they do not give you the correct information even if you have an appointment they won’t update you if it still works the day with the specialist or not. I was waiting 1 hour to let them figure out what happened with my appointment. Tahani is the best there she came in her day off.

I had such a great experience at this store. Ms. Abby was such a help to me. She helped me pick out a new concealer and made sure I was comfortable using it and liked the results. She really took her time helping me that is very hard to find these days. Would 100% recommend coming here again!

Not the best customer service, they do not give you the correct information in this store specially when you have ordered products online! Employees should all be informed of the correct policies before they give the customer the wrong info over the phone. Last time I use this store for any of my services!

Everyone here was professional, but Alexandria was the nicest employee there. She did an AMAZING job on my makeup and explaining to me what she was doing. I bought everything that she used on me and I’ll definitely be back just because of her.
If you’re like me and intimidated by getting your makeup done, just go to Alexandria. You can tell just by her style that she’s the least intimidating makeup artist out there. I’ll definitely be spending a lot more money here because of her. I spent $30 on a makeup lesson and I feel gorgeous and she taught me how to do my makeup like this every day!

I have gotten my hair dyed three times here within the last 5 months, and I come out happy and satisfied with my hair every time! Ms. Oriel did my hair the first two times and she did a fantastic job each time, I went from a dark brown to a lighter color and then red, the color turned out beautiful and my hair didnt feel damaged and she was super nice. The most recent appointment i’ve gone too, Ms. Tahani did my hair, and it turned out so so beautiful, she turned my red hair to a golden brown in one session, she took her time and was patient and very kind, she made me feel comfortable and happy to be there. The receptionist I’ve encountered every time was also super nice and welcoming, very talented staff, I would highly recommend!

This was my first experience having my hair done at ulta. My stylist was beyond amazing. She transformed my hair from dull and brittle to beautiful and full of life. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, welcome and beautiful. I would give 10 starts if I could. Thank you Tahani! You are pretty amazing!

Make sure you're vigilant during checkout. An associate named Wendy told me I got a "free gift" today, pulled out a random color hair mask that wasn't even the color of my hair, scanned it, then finished checking me out. I later looked at my receipt and she charged me $7 for this 1oz color mask I didn't want and can't use. Her vibes were sketchy and I'm really doubt it was an accident.

Tahani was great! Love how she finished my hair and was well educated on the styling products I needed afterwards. Will be back for sure!

Just got my hair done by the wonderful Tahani at the Salon by Ulta. Absolutely wonderful experience and kind people. Tahini put so much work into perfecting my hair. 10/10 coming back again

Had a hair appointment with Tahani and was so impressed with her skill. I came in with brassy yellow hair with obvious banding. She completely fixed it and brought it extremely close to my natural color with zero brassiness. Thank you so much the one on the right shows the before and the pic doesn't do it justice with how bad it is

My friend made an appointment with Ms. Oriel. She was very knowledgeable and professional. She knew exactly what needed to be done to fix her hair. We were both very pleased with the product and she has a new customer with us. She did an excellent Job 10 out of 10 would come back everytime just for her. Here are before and after pictures. I had booked an appointment on December 8th after rescheduling. Spent 8mins on the phone after the lady confirm that I had the appointment and that I will be good to go for a brow wax at the benefit bar. Once there I was told that my appointment was never made. They ended up squeezing me in but I felt rush and my brows wasn't the greatest this trip. I been coming here for a year now and did not appreciate the customer service I received because of they wrong doings. This also happen one other time but easily resolved. Sad but I will not be returning.

I got my hair done there and it got bleached and fried off.i lost so much of my hair.they “fixed” it, but months later my hair is still damaged and breaking and so short.ruined years of my life.

My mom and I went there to get our hair highlighted, and we had Nick. At first, we thought we liked the way he did our hair. Then we went home and had seen we both had a ton of roots he did not touch. So we went back again, had him do our hair again, explained to him that we want the roots highlighted, that he did not touch. We told him we wanted the roots pulled up blonde. He told us you don’t see the roots underneath the highlight. It takes him 4 hours to highlight your hair he does not listen to what you want him to do. He only does your hair the way he wants to. Left my mom under the hairdryer when it stopped, and she had to go find him so her hair wouldn’t get too late. He was nowhere to be found. Don’t go to him because it will take 4 hours. Who takes 4 hours to get their hair highlighted? Never in my whole life. His excuse? He takes his time because that is his specialty. The shampoo takes about half an hour. Still have a ton of roots. I talk to the manager she says everybody has their own way of doing hair. Are you kidding me! I went in for a highlight and all I got was the top of my hair blonde and neglected to go underneath. You pull your hair up in a ponytail or a bun and all you see is roots go figure. Again, unless you want to waste four hours to get your hair highlighted.
