Good customer service up until I was ready to checkout and after 5 minutes standing at the register and no one came, I went to sephora down at kohls.

Alexis completely messed up my hair. I came in wanting a specific look which honestly should not have been hard at all since I had blonde hair and we went going darker. The only think she managed to do was put an orange ring around my hair where the root met my blonde hair. Wasted 5 hours and $217 for an embarrassment of a job. Had to pay "because its policy". They offered to fix it the next day but I'm not from the area. Knowing this, they still charged me and told me to have someone else fix it would result in a new charge. Heading to New York tomorrow with a ridiculous orange ring around my head but at least Ulta got paid. What a joke.

Love this makeup store so much! They send the catalogs every month which are really nice to see what the sales are. The employees are very kind and helpful. They carry alot of name brand products that are really popular. I buy all of my makeup and hair stuff here! I recommend this location to anyone!

My fiance loves going here always helpful girls working and friendly service a bit pricey in my eyes but I'm a guy to yall girls its worth the extra money so why not right?

Ulta Beauty is a one stop shop for all your beauty needs! Helpful staff, very neat and organized.

Large amounts of different products and plans however. Some prices are decent but some are expensive.

I came in clueless on what product I needed or where to begin.
Thankfully Jordan jumped right in and within minutes solved my problem.
Ulta is blessed to have an employee that knowledgeable AND friendly. Not only that; she gave very helpful suggestions. I wish Jordan and all employees a very Merry Christmas at this exhausting time of year and still treating me like I was her only customer that day. Thank you Jordan!

I would give zero stars if I could! I just went here and got my eyebrows done by TIFFANY STEIN… let’s just say I will never be going back to get my brows done! I usually don’t say much if im able to go home and fix them but this is so not fixable until they grow back, which angers me even more! I absolutely DO NOT recommend! My eyebrows are the worst they ever have been! I don’t wear makeup on a regular basis and even when I do I don’t fill my eyebrows in but now I have no choice, they tried to fill them in to make them look better and they still look horrible (you can clearly tell in the pictures). Unless you are getting them done by the benefits lady I would not go here!
