I had to return an item I purchased online. Super easy process & everyone was very friendly! They do require at this time have them available if you didn't bring one.

If i could give no stars i would of. My husband and I walked in to be asked and singled out if we had masks to wear. The lady before us did not have one on and the lady that came in behind us didn't either. When she asked us we looked and about half of the people standing in line and shoppers didn't have one on either. Confused we stood there while everyone stared at us. Then we were told by the women "oh well if you don't its no big deal. " We went to look for my Versace perfume. We didn't end up making the 75$ purchase because we felt so singled out. We went to j.c penny instead. I'm not sure why we were asked this and no one else was seemed to be asked. It's very sad because i normally purchase all my makeup and perfume with ulta, but i will no longer spend a dime of my $$ here.

Went in to get mascara, Mac eye primer, and Bed Head dry hair shampoo. Scored one of three items only. Store closes way too early. Not stocking typical products. Store Just needs to close down if they’re not gonna stock products needed and I should just go online and order everything.what a waste of my time and energy and gas to get to the store to not have products needed. These stores don’t deserve to be open if they can’t stock basic products. I don’t feel sorry for them if they end up not being able to stay open. No amount of points will make me come back anytime soon. I will be shopping online from now on for all my hair care and cosmetic needs

The 2 star is purely for the convenience factor if not having to go inside JC Penney to get to Sephora. Ulta has some of the worst customer service. Especially during Covid. I bought something curbside pickup and the lady comes out on the phone and tosses my bag into the backseat and walks away. No greeting, nothing. My aunt and I went last week when the doors were open for shopping. All I asked is if masks were required. I received a dirty look and was told "no, they aren't required, but you'll have to keep your distance" pretty standard nowadays. I put my mask on and started my shopping. Since the testers were put away I asked someone if they could help color match me. They would know what colors would be too yellow or pink. Instead of giving me advice I was told that I would just have to guess. If it doesn't work bring it back for a refund or another shade. Everyone was just very rude. I left the store and went to Sephora where they helped me find the best shade for me. My aunt and I are completely done with Ulta.

First time ever in this place and bou was I in love with all of the stuff they got in there. Wish I had more money. Also really think the idea of the salon in there is great but man wish they had cheaper deals on color an cuts. One big reason why they r only getting 2 stars is. Cause well as soon as I walk in the store I get eye balled and 4 employees come up to me asking me questions but we all know what they were doing. Right.

The cashier was extremely rude.when she asked for my loyalty card info, the first phone number i gave her was incorrect.i barely let out a word to correct myself before she rudely remarked, "we dont have to. "
I wanted my points: (

after she checked me out, she laid my purchase on the counter. I kind of stood and waited for her to bag it. It was like she wasnt going to bother bagging until she realized i was waiting.
I dont know why she treated me that way.

I got my first facial ever today, by a sweet girl named Jailee. I let her know it was my first facial and she walked me through it step by step! She was super gentle and overall my facial was AMAZING. She made sure that I was doing okay etc! I do recommend going to Ulta at bridgewater; it was super cheap as well! I got the 30 min Resurfacing facial, can’t wait to go back

Regarding Emily O. My daughter and I visited the store on Oct 6,2018. Emily offered to do her make-up (for homecoming). WOW.what an experience! Not only was Emily professional she made me as a mom of a 14 year old comfortable. She kept asking if I liked the application/was I comfortable with the color scheme etc. We didn't want too much make up applied or something that did not look age appropriate. The finished product was absolutely stunning. My daughter, though beautiful already, had features highlighted with the make up. The pictures were amazing. Emily was energetic and positive throughout the process (even though she had to try a few different things to get the color/look just right). The whole experience was wonderful. We have an Ulta Beauty closer to our house, but we will definitely return to the Bridgewater Falls location and that is because of Emily O.

I am a makeup junkie so of course one of my favorite places to go! Just make sure you call ahead to see if the items are really in stock because I have been there three times for the same couple eyeshadow pallets and I keep getting told that they don't have any at all at that store so I wasted my time and my rides time and gas!

Called ahead, looking for Airplus footies. Told me they had them. Got to store and they didn't. Sales persons need to be honest. Wasted trip and time!

I visit the salon every 6 weeks and I am never disappointed. Nicholas is very skillful in providing the hair cut I want. I show him a picture, we have a discussion and it's done.
I know he has done the job well when people inquire where I get my hair cut. A true compliment to his ability.

They always have everything I want makeup name brands and Beauty services. You can get good deals if you watch for coupons.

A cashier named Kaitlyn was very rude and did not help us at all. She treated my grandma very poorly and acted like we were stupid for not knowing how to pull up a coupon. Her voice was very dull and depressing as she checked us out. Will not be coming back.

I spent close to forty five minutes wandering around the store looking dazed, confused and in desperate needs of help.

Too bad the staff chose to stand around talking with friends who were just 'stopping by right quick' or choosing to service teenagers only.

I left in disappointment that I didn't get any help, the products I wanted or to sign up for the Ulta card so I could save 20%.

Oh well, maybe there's a better Ulta Beauty with people who know how help out their customers.
