16I give this Ulta 5 stars because they really took great care of me! From Molly helping me find my perfect foundation color, to Hannah helping me find the perfect makeup brush set! Dana checked me out and made sure I had everything I needed and more! Such a great birthday trip to Ulta! My favorite, definitely recommend!
Always a great selection of products. Employees are super helpful if you can find someone available to help. I feel most Ulta's it is difficult to find someone to help but when you do find someone it is always a great experience.
Benefit Brow Bar is my favorite place to get my eyebrows done!
It's nice cosmetic store although nobody offer you any help even if the employee passes you by and you look at her directly. So, you need to go to one of them and ask for help. Still they act like you bothering them. So you'd better know where the stuffs are and what do you want. You will enjoy shopping there in that case
If I could rate zero stars I could. This is in reference the shipping and customer service, not the store associates or their products.
In anticipation of my order delivery, I noticed the shipping address was incorrect. I tried to call customer service but I was put on hold for over 10 min and then the rep (julia?) disconnected the call.
I tried to call back, spoke with Wolford, who put me on hold, for over 18 min. He never told me he was transferring me or what he was doing. He also never checked in to let me know what was going on. There was no hold music, so it was just dead silence.
I was connected with a supervisor named Juan, who did nothing to address my concerns about poor customer service and refused to contact the shipper to update the shipping information. As the shippers contract is with Ulta and not me, I would expect your business to address any shipping concerns. I've never had a company tell me, as the buyer, I have to follow up with the shipper! That's just poor businesses decision. I did everything I could to make it right and your associates couldnt be bothered to help. Extremely infuriating and disappointing.
I contacted Lasership, but they did not answer the phone in 30 min, so I submitted a request via their website. I'm currently waiting on their response.
I'm extremely disappointed in the level of service I've received from Ulta. This is a complete departure from the high quality I've come to expect from your products and store associates. It really makes me question if I want to continue my relationship with the Ulta brand.
This is absolutely my go to for high end, middle or anything quality in between, I love their specials!
Kendall did my hair and makeup for an event on Saturday and she did an absolutely amazing job. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted for hair or makeup and she was able to provide suggestions and give options of what would look good on me. I had my makeup done at 2pm and it still looked good at 11pm after a night of dancing in the heat and humidity.
Associates are not very helpful or friendly. I am a senior citizen and I felt like they were hiding from me because I wasn't young enough to deal with. I think they need to work on their customer service skills! Who knows maybe I was a Shoppers Guide checking things out!
An employee greeted me at the door and helped me find the item I came for, saving me a lot of time wandering the store to find it. A good experience.
Love the selection and deals you can find at this location! Some of the staff are less than friendly and some of the staff are incredibly helpful and kind.
I'm in the middle on this. I get my hair done at the salon and they are Great! However, we were.walking to the door and a worker literally RAN to the door to lock it. They close at 9 and it was about 8: 55. Really? !? !? I get that she may have had a long day but, does customer service go out the window according to an employee's mood?
I have to be in between great and bad. I have hady hair done here plenty of times before, but today I have been waitowa almost 40 minutes from my appointment and still haven't had my hair touched.
I was not acknowledged from when I first walked in, until I left the store. I used to enjoy going to Ulta and learning about what was new in skin care and makeup. I no longer feel this way. In fact, I've noticed within the past year, that the customer service has become nonexistent. I won't be back.
The only part that really had me dissatisfied was that I received a call that I hadn't paid for my salon visit however it was really that someone in training handed me back my slip and I called and acknowledge that the same day with a manager and yet the day after that I received a second phone call from The Stylist informing me that she was going to report me to corporate for non-payment even though I had paid and I had already fixed the problem with management the day before.
When I called with questions about something, I sat on hold for five minutes before someone picked up the phone. When I finally spoke to someone, she said, "you're gonna have to call back in 20 minutes or so" I asked why, and she told me they were too busy to help me. Another girl named Sydney who cashiered was very nice all the other times that I have been here, but other than her they are all rude and selfish.
I went to the salon here for all over color treatment when my regular stylist canceled last minute. The color result was good, the open chair area within the retail store felt odd, and the price was as listed in their brochure.
I never write many reviews because most times service is mediocre wherever you go. At Ulta. Julie literally made my day. Not only does Julie look like she knows about makeup. Absolutely gorgeous and natural looking but she knows what she is talking about. Plus she was patient with me as my toddler was being crazy! I walked out of the store confident and with more knowledge than when I walked in. This girl is awesome! Thanks Julie and Ulta staff!
