If you’re in the market for a Midwest coach, but would rather pay factory direct prices or your local dealer just wants to sell you what they have on hand and is willing to sit down with you and take the time to order exactly what you want? If you have either of these issues I recommend the team at ultimate toys and specifically Delany Green as sales person. Him and his team will make sure you get exactly what you want. They’ll sit with you virtually and on the phone and ensure that you get anything that is possible. Additionally, by ordering through them, you will enjoy a discount over your local Dealer. I highly recommend their team to anyone and everyone.

I my ULTIMATE TOYS RV Mercedes Sprinter. From the day I ordered with Rich watching the progress all the way to the day it was delivered with following up w Rick! This perfectly designed Sprinter Van drives its self (basically) has all the bells and whistles for safety! Plenty of room for the family and friends. Easy for day travel weekend travel or excursion trips! I really enjoyed my solo trip to Sedona AZ last Fall! Recently starting to camp out with my grown sons and we found all the hookups super simple, because if I can do it anyone can! Wi-fi and TV set up is the dream with surround sound, over the top nice! Love the bathroom kitchen set-up! I live in California perfect for all the road trips. My finally tell all is I never want to stop driving it once I’m on the road it is so drivable and a beautifully designed supreme vehicle. Big plus— If I’m ever in doubt I just call and they help me ASAP! Great customer service. It’s worth every penny!

Please if you like my review tell them Penne said it’s a GO! You need one and order soon they’re always in demand! I feel lucky to own one! Will retain its value and it’s my treat to myself! They give a referral bonus! Cool!

We spent $190,000 on a luxury mercedes sprinter van. First and foremost, the customer service is terrible. They hold themselves out as a dealership but do nothing to help you regarding tagging the vehicle. Who spends almost 200k on a vehicle and then has to sit with Americas finest at the DMV for two house figuring out how to get a plate?

Second, the quality is cheap. We received the vehicle with broken blinds in the bathroom and a broken hinge on the sink cover and have had no response to multiple inquiries in how to fix. The TV audio doesnt work and again, the service has been terrible in attempting to get it fixed.

Third, the qualities and finishes are not Mercedes level. The buttons are plastic and cheap looking…. Like they buy in bulk from china.

Fourth, the overall technology is subpar. $200k and we have a small tech screen up front, there is no way to get the same music playing in the front seat as you get in the back of the vehicle, and again, all of the aftermarket equipment (screens to change temp, turn on lights, etc are all basic and mediocre at best.

The vehicle serves a purpose for my family and should be a decent utility to get us from point a to point b but the red neck quality and service from Ultimate Toys is terrible. I would never recommend.

We did not get our van yet. We finally did finish all paperwork and documents.
It was a nightmare dealing with them. Specially Amanda from accounting. She clearly has no idea about anything.
Kyle the sales guy was awesome however after we paid the deposit it started to get worse and worse. They stopped answering calls. Here we are two months late and they still spinning in circles. Its very clear that they do not care.
They simply horrible to deal with. Definitely from pics it looks like it’s a great products.
Horrible customer service. Im very concerned about the quality of the unit at this point but will be updating.

Most 5 stars reviews are very suspicious. I hope they not the reviews they pay for.
Whats worse they arguing the facts for low stars reviews.being very vague and give vague general statement's. Actions speaks louder than words.

This is an update the ultimate toy response to my review

I wish they are spending the same time providing customer service by admitting their mistakes and mismanagement. This is all a lie and i dare them to prove to me that unit was done several weeks ago or if they ever informed me. The day they told me it was ready all $50,000 down payment and loan approval was done. Shame on such a company to lie and mislead. Getting i. Hold of anyone is a nightmare mare providing our bank with and documents was a nightmare. I forgot to mention Lauren was the worse employee to deal with. I know ultimate toy did not expect me to post such reviews but this is the honest truth. BE VERY VERY CARFUL DEALING WITH THIS COMPANY. I did not get my unit yet but im very concerned after all what i been through. For sure i will not let them get away with any games.

Now more excuses and need one more week as of yesterday to be able to pick up the unit! More lies and excuses
Im sure they got paid in full and unit is not ready!
Will keep updating. Not sure what makes them think that they can be paid in full for something and keep it!

Purchasing a vehicle, specifically the Ultimate Coach from Ultimate Toys, has been an incredibly regrettable decision in my life.

I chose to withhold my review for a few months, hoping that the situation would improve, but regrettably, it has only deteriorated.

The Ultimate Coach I obtained has consistently been a source of frustration, beset by persistent issues with its AC, heating system, and various other issues. Over the course of almost three months of ownership, I have been severely limited in my ability to use the vehicle due to these ongoing problems (cannot use it in cold or hot weather).

Adding to the frustration, the warranty process has been an ordeal in itself. Despite my numerous attempts to contact them and a lack of responsiveness, the warranty company, in an email, initially assured me that they would expedite payment for necessary repairs over the phone. However, they failed to fulfill this commitment, leaving me with the unexpected financial burden of covering "warranty" work out of my own pocket.

Given the profoundly disappointing and stressful experiences I've endured, I cannot, in good faith, recommend this company. What was supposed to be an exciting addition to our family has turned into a nightmarish ordeal, marked by frustration and a significant waste of time. In light of this, I have no intention of ever purchasing another vehicle from this company.

Really like the van and buying it went pretty smooth but after that the customer service is one of the worst I have ever had. My a/c has been messed up since I got the van. I have emailed and called.i do get a response of something like let me see what we can do and then nothing. It’s like they disappear when it come to help with needing repairs.

So they come out of the gate, strong, talking about what they’re gonna do for you, but then, once they get their money, they could care less about you.
First of all, they don’t listen to you. When you sit there, and tell them specifically, what you’re going to use the vehicle for, which is tailgating in this case, and they try and see you on the concept of the Internet is good enough to watch football games while your tailgate it’s just not true. I’m gonna have to take my van somewhere else now to get satellite install even though I sat there and told him this was the most important thing to me. They don’t listen.

They do not go to options that you could put on your vehicle couple of which once I saw them after the fact I would like to have had.

And then once they deliver the vehicle to you, they’re done with you. They talk about all these things are gonna do to make sure you understand how do use the vehicle and what to do and they do none of it. You were left high and dry. They provide zero instructions on how to use your vehicle and zero support. They even tell you that it takes regular gas, and then, when you finally discover where are the gas tank is, which took an hour for us, you find its diesel.

Oh, and they’re going to promise you the world when it comes to making it affordable and financing, trick you into buying it, and then, when it comes time to Finance, you better find your own are you gonna be paying 15% interest rate.

Survivor beware and good luck if you choose to work with these guys. They are unprofessional and charlatans.

Ultimate toys company has been very very helpful and very patient with our family’s purchase. They have shown empathy regarding our situation. We agreed to purchase a sprinter in 2021 and shortly after we lost our job and had a baby. This made our financial situation difficult. They understood our situation and agreed to refund us our deposit. We are beyond grateful for the ultimate toy team. We hope one day to purchase one of the luxury sprinters from ultimate toys. I purchased an “Ultimate Traveler” 10-11 months ago and it has been a NIGHTMARE from day 1. It arrived dirty and missing components, which was eventually rectified, but, unfortunately, was a sign of things to come. Our vehicle has 6000 miles on it, has been sparsely used, and has already required an a/c repair, a new water pump (and still unable to be winterized), a new toilet valve, and ultimately a new toilet. Getting the fixed under the warranty with their builder Midwest Automotive is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! Brian, the warranty guy, never calls anyone back and is unwilling to discuss any issue. This purchase was insanely expensive and has been one of my biggest regrets of my life. CAVEAT EMPTOR

I’ve been in constant communication with owner relations and they haven’t given me a single answer, but thanks for the empty reply…

Initial dealings was excellent, staff was professional, responded to emails and provided answers. Zero complaints right up to the point of wiring the final payment. Once notified of delivery date I attempted 3 times following-up with the shipping manager to verify delivery times, could not get a response and still haven't even though the vehicle was delivered. Vehicle was delivered over a week ago with a broken rear A/C system, the condenser has a leak and cannot hold freon to allow for cooling and a few other minor QC issues. Not writing this to bash the entire process, just the process after final payment was made. The review section gives the appearance that one of UT's owner's responds, so I'm giving this a shot in hopes to get some movement and someone to actually respond on repairing a vehicle that was delivered unusable, also noticed the standard response for anything negative was cant find the order number so to help: Unit: 12292 is the unit. Not mad the units came with a faulty condenser, defects in new products happen. It shouldn't be the customers responsibility to hunt down a vendor who will do repairs on a vehicle that was delivered broken, the customer shouldn't have to go to the extreme of writing a review to get a response. Anybody who understands a service based industry should expect much more from their team.

From the moment we ordered, through production, up to delivery, and even after delivery the follow-up has been exceptional.
