The lady Sondra at the front desk was amazing and easy to work!
The lady that did our ultrasound her name is Madeline and she did amazing as well. I really recommend this place. It is friendly and very comfortable five out of five customer service.

This was my second time here, Great service, Jully was very patient and explained every details, I don't feel any pressure or uncomfortable!

This is my first baby and I'm a pretty anxious person, I can't remember if her name was Madelyn or Madison (im horrible with names) but the ultrasound lady was amazing she really took her time and was very personable and explaining everything that we were looking at. She was just really genuine and gave us plenty of amazing pictures of our little guy yesterday! The place was very nice and comfortable very spacious and welcoming! Very impressed! And the heartbeat build-a-bears are sooo adorable!

First experience was great tech got good pictures and didn’t rush. I loved it so I came back around 28 weeks. Then it was s little different it seemed rushed she only did it for about 15 -20 minutes. Then only got a few decent pictures compared to first time. Both times I got the special which it 130 expected better this time around kinda hurt my feels with this being out last child and ultrasound.

Such a great experience! We got caught up in some traffic on 71 and many people from our party was going to be late to the appointment. They were willing to work with us and adjusted the appointment time slightly so everyone in the family can see the reveal. Comfortable seating and great services.

I can not recommend these guys enough. Every member of staff is incredible. I have gone here many times for all 3 of my babies. Today however, was a very bittersweet visit. It was our last for our last baby. Of course baby boy was being picky and wouldn't let us get good images but the girl worked so hard and brought me ice water. She got the most incredible pictures of his sweet little face. I have heartbeat bears from here that go back almost 14 years so I've definitely had my share of visits. I love the room set ups too. It's dark and comfortable with large screens for all your guests, if you bring them. The prices are so fair. There's nothing i don't like. If you're ever pregnant and want to see baby, definitely give them a call.

July did a fantastic job for our baby’s 3D/4D ultrasound! This is a courtesy visit since the first time we didn’t get a good view of the baby. July is definitely the best technician they have. She is very experienced, super patient and really cares about you and your feelings.

After coming back for the third attempt we finally got some pictures! Thank you so much to Kelly who sat for 2 hours just to make sure we got to see our boy. She did an amazing job and we definitely left satisfied.

Today was one of the best days of my life, I got to see my baby as real as it could get. I loved every moment I spent at this place. The treatment, the patience, the attention. Thank you for being part of this moment. I’ll definitely go there with all my pregnancies. I’m super happy with the results.

This place is absolutely awesome. The techs are efficient and kind and so is the owner. I’ve been here several times due to anxiety of a high risk pregnancy and this place is literally helping me through it. Five stars!
