Not a very wide selection of men’s items, but employee was very friendly. He helped find an alternative to what I was looking for.

I purchased a pair of scrubs and paid for type setting to have them embroidered. When they told me it would take 3-4 weeks I only left one pair to be embroidered with plans to bring more scrubs in the future after I saw how the first pair turned out. After 4 weeks I called to inquire when they would be back I was told they were never sent out because they thought I was bringing in more pairs. When I explained I couldn’t go 3-4 weeks without ANY scrubs they understood and said they would deliver them to the embroidery shop. Another week passed. I called and was told the embroidery shop had not started on them but would have them in the next 4-5 days. I got a call 6 days later and they were finally ready. The manager offered a $25 credit for the inconvenience. I asked to have the embroidery type set fee returned ($50) since I had no plans to use their service in the future. The manager said she couldn’t do that. So instead of spending $25 to make this situation right and keep a customer for
life, she chose to loose a customer forever. I would not recommend this store

I do not think it's right I have to pay to send to my return back to the store because my shoes did not fit. When I got free shipping on my order because I spent over $100. It should be free returns like any other place I will not be ordering from here anymore. And you can't even take the stuff back to the store so that way you don't have to pay to send it back. And their prices are way too high I get my uniforms cheaper other places. I was not happy with my uniforms

I came in my first time buying scrubs, the young lady i met was soo helpful she really helped me out and i got a great deal on my picks

I placed an online order. I had to call customer service after my package didn’t arrive after two weeks. Told me I would receive my shipment expedited with a full refund. I knew it sound sketchy but I said okay. Two days later I get my items and no refund. I called about it and representative pretty much called me a liar and said I would’ve receive anything. I returned my entire order. I won’t be shopping here again. The uniform either never show up or they show up and things are missing. No thank you!

A cute little store with all of your needs! It’s clean and well-organized. Customer service is wonderful. Will definitely be back.

Cherno was very kind to my kids while still being attentive to my wife while she was shopping. Also the merch and prices are excellent!

Not sure of the employee's name who was working when I went, but she was very kind and helpful with the return process for an online order I'd made. Would definitely return to purchase scrubs if I'm ever in the area again.
