Horrible experience. Very unimpressed with this company. Our loan officer left the office to move locations and never notified us when or that she was even moving locations. We couldn’t get ahold of her for several weeks and she had all of our papers and documents that we needed to more forward with the process. There were several occasions where we had tried to call her and she never answered the phone, so we left her messages. She never once called us or tried to get back with us afterwards. It’s the day before we’re about to close and she was suppose to send the paperwork to the title company over the weekend, and we just got off the phone with the title company and she has still yet to do so. Wouldn’t recommend!

Seth took great care of me! Highly recommend. Union Savings has taken care of several mortgages or refis for me.and I'll continue to use them.
