Union Town Provisions, Lorain OH

Food was so good as always. I had the fish sandwich (salmon) and hand cut fries. Delicious! The chef never disappoints! Favorite restaurant in Lorain.

Went here before a show at the palace. We had reservations. They were short staffed. Almost did get to a 7: 30 show because we didn't get our food until 7: 00 & we got there at 5: 15. Several dishes in our party were burnt and not edible. Bloody Mary was just vodka and tomato juice. The ceiling was falling down and rusty. I couldn't see how this even passed an inspection. Both servers were dressed inappropriately and smelled like weed. Not impressed, and neither were other customers.

I waited 2 hours for a burger that was barely warm. My husband’s meal wasn’t even being prepared by the time I was done eating mine. We ended up cancelling his meal. I was charged for a drink I didn't order and the waitress was rude when I asked her to correct it. A friend of mine saw a waitress come out of the kitchen vaping. Extremely disappointing overall.

Owner takes a lot of pride in their establishment and it shows in the food, the drinks, and various events held here. The best old fashioned, no contest. And that simple salad with the fresh toasted artisan bread OMG. Hope they have continued success. One of the best local brunch and dinner restaurants

Waited 2 1/2 hours just to cancel my order because the food wasn’t even being prepared yet. Chef Ramsey would have a field day here. Disappointing for a new business in the revamped broadway sector.

Unfortunately, it is always the same, service is great, but they are low staffed and unprepared for customers.

The menu changed and eliminated the vegetarian, Mediterranean, and vegan options. We loved UTP last time we were there - had a great sandwich and salad.

This is our favorite place to come! Everything we have tried is delicious and so fresh. We can’t wait to go back.

No salads, bowl meals have a uniform taste, meat dishes were cooked very well. Short menu, vegetarian options are limited. Drinks are very good. Decor is modern rustic, seats are hard, servers are friendly. Finer points of service missed like clearing plates, but our server was new. Not overly pricey

Sunday afternoon brunch with the family. They are still working out their menu so that was a little confusing but when it did come out we loved all our meals. We got the avocado burger, BLAT, sausage omelette, blueberry waffle, and fries. No issue with any of it. We got fresh squeezed orange juice but not sure if it was fresh squeezed. Service was good, kind and attentive

Had a lovely early evening seated outside on Bourbon n Steak night. Manager was attentive, friendly and interacted with our group. Aside from steak being just slightly overcooked, the food and cocktails were wonderful.

Local eatery with a small menu with big flavors. We tried the BLT, cheeseburger, and the salad. Every thing was fresh and tasted great.
The Host/server was friendly and super good ad his job.
I recommend the BLT very much.

One of the worst meals I have had, the server barely knew what was going on. Save your money and your stomach.

Undoubtedly the best! Menu created by the best unknown cosmopolitain infused chef, and whether ordering something conventional such as a salad or a sandwich, or a contemporary inspired creation such as the Southern fried Chicken and waffles, you will leave with something that you are craving to try from the list of unique dishes you haven't indulged from the chefs mind blowing creations!

Why is it, that EVERYTHING I order here, is easily THE BEST THING, I've ever had? !? ! I love this place the staff and the food. Just AMAZING

Everything we ordered was delicious! I got the fried Walleye sandwich, and others got the BLAT and a burger. The app fries were hand cut, yummy, and enough for 4 people to share. The apple Betty Pancake was one of the specials, so I ordered it as a dessert for the table. We were all stuffed when it arrived, but once we tasted it, it was demolished! It tasted like warm pineapple upside down cake to me. Yum! They have about every fruit juice you can imagine, so we had mimosas made with passion fruit juice, which has become my favorite while living in Hawaii. Rare to find in Ohio!

Our server was knowledgeable and personable, but she forgot a few things a few times. I do believe she was the only server, though. Her energy was, umm.high. LOL! Food was slow coming out, but I was already warned about this. It was well worth the wait! Just don't go here if you're in a hurry.

Went for Easter brunch, total waste of money. It was a buffet but for some reason there was no food getting replaced. Fod that was there was boiled breakfast sausage links sitting in a bowl of water. After about an hour of waiting to get waffles my waiter said he would just bring me them. Come to find out I only got a piece of the waffle. Food quality was terrible. Every table in restaurant was complaining about the food and lack of food available. Everyone at my table grabbed 1 plate of food and couldn’t finish it because the rate was just awful. Complete embarrassment and complete waste of money

Our first time there & Easter brunch was a fail. It was a madhouse of people arriving all at the same time for noon reservations like us. Tables weren’t ready. The buffet food was cold & picked over, the stenos weren’t lit. The buffet area was unlit & food unmarked so we had no idea what we were eating. Dessert table was pretty picked over (store-bought tasting cookies anyway) - at noon. We were sat next to the door where it was pretty drafty. They said they were booked up & couldn’t move us away from the door & yet many tables sat empty the whole time. Meh.

Atmosphere is very nice;however, the food has a lot to be desired. Ordered brunch, waffles are soft, cold and to dense, the bacon was overcooked and the potatoes were undercooked. Husband had the breakfast burrito, burnt the bottom. And make sure to lock your car.
