Counselor Unison Health reviews
7What I like about Unison is I’ve been taking my son here for years and he has the same Psychiatrists. She’s very personable and friendly. And she doesn’t treat him like he’s-a number.
Dr. Wagner is the best doctor for children. He’s very understanding he meets their needs he works overtime. He make sure that everybody is doing their best highly recommend this doctor.
Going through hell trying to get anybody to answer this phone just so I can get a refill on my meds! WHY WON'T ANYBODY ANSWER? I'VE ALREADY LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES.
Why is it every time I call I am pit on hold for an hour? Or if I call at 4: 30 you guys leave me on hold for half hr only to wait for your prompts to come back on line to say that YOUR NOW CLOSED? ? ? REALLY IRRITATING! OR HOW ABOUT THE ON LINE CHATS? THEY HAVE BEEN DOWN NOW FOR A GOOD 6 MONTHS! YOU NEED PPL TO ANSWER THE PHONE O-N-L-Y! I NORMALLY LOVE YOUR SER ICES BUT JUST LSYELY IT HSS BEEN HELL to get anyone to ANSWER MY CALLS!
Deann my therapist shows me coping skills and treats me so good. Dr. Suh doesn't just give me medicine, she listens to me and has sympathy for what I am going through
Overall experience has been good. However, if you have anxiety or a mood disorder, I don’t recommend seeing Mikyong. I had a hard time opening up, and felt judged to be straightforward. I feel that she acted unprofessional when I asked to switch psychiatrists as well.
If your child needs a diagnosis for Autism or help with Autism. Dont waste your time calling them. They do not offer those services. (Even though I was referred to them).
"Uh ummm, let me send a message to the person who handles these cases and see if she wants him as a paitent, uhh if she can help him. Uh umm yeah, we do not offer help for Autism here. Uh umm yeah, you have to find a private licensed psychologist. Uh umm yeah, I'm sorry. "
This was after me repeating all of my son's information 3 times, spelling each word out because spelling wasn't her thing.
No help for autistic children, yet I know of 3 people whose children were tested AND treated/getting treatment from said location.
Round of applause for sweeping another child under the rug.
