United Cab Company, Cleveland OH

This company told me they would have a taxi out for 30 minutes so i said i would pay more if they would come faster. When they said 20 and it was over and i called back.the guy said to me " well than you dont have to pay" and hung up on me.this was the answering service guy. This is the WORST TAXI SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. AT ALL! THE GUY DIDNT TELL ME SORRY OR ANYTHING. I WILL MAKE SURE THIS COMPANY DOESNT CONTINUE WITH THIS SERVICE.

Never returned to pick brother up who is disabled who had been waiting with no place to sit down in 87 degree weather. Had scheduled time for pickup that was over an hour late when company called. Told it would be 5 - 10 min.as cab coming from crosstown. 20 min.later no cab then told cab was broken down, brother still waiting as he had been standing all this time. Finally was able to reach a neighbor's sister who was coming. When company called back about poor service person hung up phone. I thought this was a reliable service but I see I was extremely wrong. That kind of service they would pitch hell if it were their family stranded like that! What you dish out you get back in return. That is unfogivable and to lie about it is shameful. Very disappointed today!

Peace and blessings United cab service is unreliable, United cab Co. On Thursday the 9th of june 2020 i had called two (2) days prior too make reservations
they confirm that they will pick me up and at 5am I was waiting with my bags at the door and cab never never came to pick me up the dispatcher was obnoxious and unqualified He.told me when I was patiently speaking with him; he told me to call the cab driver when it's their job to call, and dispatch too different locations;. I called the drivers number personally and to no avail he never answered, i spoke to the dispatcher again and he's telling me he doesn't have any cabs that could come pick me up.so I missed my train and I am going to put a motion for a liable suit against this cab service and I 'll never advise anyone to call this service unless you want to be disappointed.

I was desperately in need of a ride to a few places and Shariff i think his name was drove me around for.a few hours from store to store. I paid really well and I appreciated the drivers patience.

They do not take credit cards cash only. Driver had to stop me off at a convenience store to get cash I won't use them again but the driver was nice in the service was good

United Cab answered promptly when i called and was able to pick me up on time. Good, reliable service.

Absolutely do not recommend this place! I called and they said they’d pick me up in 10min and they never showed up! The reviews on here don’t lie! I had to take Uber which is way more dependent. I almost missed my flight because of this company. Save your time and money and use Uber or Lyft.

Horrible! Told 15 to 20 mins for pickup. Called back after a hour was told driver was on another run as soon as he was done with that he would be there. 4 hours later still a no show. Glad it wasn't an emergency.

I called at 12: 30.2 hours later still no cab, no answer at dispatch office. Not exactly a great way to get future business.

Great Price, knowledgeable drivers, clean cars and very very friendly people to get along with. I am going to put my 5 stars for you guys for the wonderful ride.you deserve it.

United Cab Company I think is very Reliable Company. They picked me up from the Train Station and drop me off at the hotel. The driver was very nice guy and the price was also good. He did have a group of other people in the van already but no problem with it as the van was spacious and everybody somehow seems to be happy. Thank you United Cab Company!

Very reliable. I had my doubts at first was a bit nervous because I needed to be at the airport at a certain time. Driver was very polite and professional. Showed up at scheduled time and carried all the bags. Great driving skills, fast but was very cautious because I had my daughter in tow. Overall I would definitely use their services again

I called for a cab after my car broke down. I was only 3 blocks from my house, I am physically disabled and the dispatcher told me that the distance between the pickup location and the drop off location was not far enough and none of the drivers would come out for that short of a ride. It was snowing and I told the dispatcher that I was physically disabled, he told me that it was not his problem. Wouldn't recommend this cab company to my worst enemy.
