So everytime I go to this location there employees are rude! And there bathrooms are always out of order when I know there not! This is a gas station! There should be access to the restrooms! So people dont have the luxury to use the bathroom wile at work. I am a pest control technician and I count in restrooms to be available! At least at a damn gasstation.smh terrible place!

This is the worst gas station that I have ever been at. I went there last Monday and one of the employees attacked me verbally and she also tried to attack me physically. Just because I told her she was being rude to me. And I guess also she did that because I am Latino. She is an african American lady.

This is probably the worst UDF I’ve visited so far. I normally go there bc they have great milkshakes but the environment the employees there have created make me feel unwelcome. Very disappointing and disgusting

This place is unprofessional and rude. Was in line for 20 minutes. The assistant manager or the crew never at one point said hi I be right with you. Then the General Manager acted like she could care less. This place needs structure real bad.

Came to the store and was on empty. Im disabled and couldn't get out and pump. I called into the store and a UDF associate came out and pumped my gas. Thank you

Gas dispenser ran out of tape. Trash cans overflowing. Homeless asking for money or weed. Staff needs a class on customer service 101. Soft drink area dirty and floor sticky. Passed on getting any ice cream. Yikes. God bless this location future could be closed.

Stopped there after a cram session and needed a scoop of ice cream. The attendant working was extremely polite and knowledgeable. I would go out of my way to grab a scoop, thanks UDF staff.

I got bad gas from this place yesterday November 17 tons of water in it I know this because I filled up my tank and now am having straight water pumped out of my gas tank.

This area needs a SHEETZ! Gas pumps backed up because of power washing in middle of the day? Restrooms Broke?

Ariel was cashing us out, she was VERY nice. They were pretty busy because gas was definitely the cheapest in the whole area. But she allowed us to get $0.12 off per gallon to make the gas nearly $2.27 per gallon when the rest of the city is nearly $2.60.

I worked there for around three months as a summer job management was unprofessional. Having the store manager complain about her job and not do anything but sit in the back. Complained about how things weren’t getting done and failing QA. If you chose to work at this location be prepared to have a lot of stress. Management put pressure on the staff, over working them until they left. Everyone that I have worked with has left due to poor management and communication. There’s a new manager that is staffing the store and hopefully fixing the problem. Other than that the only benefits you get is free drinks (fountain drinks, slushees, and coffee) and a very small discount on somethings in the store. If you are looking to take up this job be prepared to lift boxing weighing over 25-30 pounds, cleaning, stocking, and preparing for the next shift. Over all it’s a good experience to get to know customers and the regulars. Customer service needs to be number one. You also need to have a back bone a lot of customers will put you down and yell at you. You need to treat them with the best customer service and try to fix the situation.

The lady that made our shakes was super rude!
She was on her phone the whole time and loud about her conversation and wasn't polite at all to us.

This place has lost my business. Stopped to get gas and was immediately confronted by someone begging for money.

Thanks to the "homeless population in this area, " this location has now barred the public from using their restrooms. I drive for my job and this location used to be my stop halfway through my day for coffee and a quick break. Not anymore. I am also very uncomfortable with the selections in terms of the people they employ here. I brought my 5 year old daughter in to get an ice cream cone after her first softball game and was inundated with foul language and a blatant displeasure in serving us. The two "gentlemen" (term used loosely) were saying that after us they were going to say "f*** it we ain't serving no ice cream in this b**** the rest of the night. " And did not refrain from voicing their HATRED (a very strong word for you being paid to be there) towards "entitled c*nts coming in and wasting their time when they got s*** to do. " My daughter is on the autism spectrum and internalizes those kinds of hostile words on a deeper level than most. I had to console her and assure her it was not her fault THE REST OF THE DAY. A very hostile environment and unprofessional staff.

I bought 11 gallons of gasoline and there is advertisement saying (IF YOU FILL UP THE GALLON OF MILK IS $1.99)
that is a lie when I try to buy a gallon milk they said $2.50

This is where all the hood rats and tweekers hang out. They congregate here when they get kicked out of Easton. I used to come here to buy gift cards for my cell # acct but they told me I had to pay for them with cash. The only UDF that seems to do that. Kinda shady if you ask me, it makes me think they are pocketing the cash and not activating my card.

I'm in this UDF about 3 to 5 times a week because it's in the most covienient spot in regards to where I'm coming from and going to. I honestly wish I had a dollar for every time an employee not only complained, but drug their feet to help a customer so I could not only buy the establishment, but pay a whole new staff of people that would appreciate having a job.

Hate this place! Stupid workers, she dropped box of our ice cream, after she broke our waffle cone and asked if I still want it, I said if you will give me a discount, after she talked to manager, they refused it, and put it away in a trash can! But if you just need a gas it's always cheaper than other places! Workers need to learn how to earn money for the company!
