9Worst UDF in Cincinnati. You will never find a suger free Red Bull. No matter how well they s ll they will not stock them. Horribly managed.

Unfortunately, for me this is my neighborhood UDF. 99% of the the service and employee morale are terrible, so instead of just walking to the store I have to drive elsewhere. I'd rather drive to Deer Park or Pleasent Ridge, than deal with extremely poor customer service.
I wish I could give this place a negative review. A young African American lady with long curly hair served me. She didn't have any gloves on serving ice cream.she didn't know how to make a strawberry freeze. Which is fine because she was probably new.but the water on the cup she gave me was dirty because she didn't wash her hands at all that day i was disgusted.not to mention it a pandemic going on. I will never have ice cream there and I pray no one else does either.so.i just left the cup and walked out
Great customer service. Yes you might wait because of the location there's not much around this area of Montgomery rd so it's over crowded. But they have good gas prices and I have never had a problem with fresh coffee I'm sure if you do they would make you a fresh pot. Over all its clean employees are friendly. Prices are about the same as other convenient stores.
Very rude employees. Always a problem. Employees always park in front of the store makes it hard for customers to access parking. Customer service line is a joke. Good luck being a customer here
Very rude employees especially late in the evening and overnight. Never had problems with Ladies and Young fellows in the datshift. And the chances of getting a cup of fresh coffee.is a gamble.
The coffee machine is always down! Which leaves me to go all the way down the street to pleasant ridge where the employees make sure they clean the machine so customers can enjoy a nice cold coffee!
