Judi shouldn't be working there. Had to tell her six times the pump I was using for gas and she STILL got it wrong. Needs some hearing aids.

My sister went and picked up some drinks for us some shakes and Darlene the manager was very rude there was hair on my drink so I called to say I'm not mad but there's hair on my drink I just wanted to let you know and her response was I quote I really can't believe that because I made them and I know there wasn't anything on that and when my sister ordered a third drink she said you could have told me that so I could have made them all at the same time I called twice and both times she was very rude I'm going to have to call again tomorrow because she was the only manager there very disappointed worst UDF experience I've ever had in my life

One of the cashier's was to busy texting on her phone and she ran right into me and didn't even apologize

Love me some ice cream! I get rewarded for eating it too with gas discounts on my upriver card. Never better.

There seems to be a couple employees here who don't bother to check up on customers going up to the counter, and wait to see if anyone else will go up first, but love that it's 24hrs, and never really deal with certain or most pumps not being able to be used for whatever reason, and my favorite - their malts aren't super watery, and is blended perfect every time I've come in:)

A favorite place for us to get ice cream cones and sundaes. Always receive great service from the helpful staff

Usually nice staff, clean store and come here often for different things but just had an issue with a hold on my debit card I was trying to get resolved and was asking for a corporate number to call and the young girl behind the counter that I wasn't even talking to got real rude and put in her opinion into my conversation with the man who was helping me. So a good store besides that employee who probably needs a lesson in how to not be rude and mind her business.

Love there ice cream. Bathrooms always clean. Workers are attentive and nice. Rewards card is helpful. Haven't got bad gas from them ever.

Clean open late. It was midnight and they were fully open (not currently unavailable because it's being "cleaned"). It was a fully functioning, completely stocked and cleaned convenience store. A complete combo not seen too much these days.

Was horrible once again. Pumps not working again. Finally had atom move to a different pump after 4 tries on one

My favorite thing to buy is peanut butter and chocolate chip ice cream on a sprinkle cone! My husband can't get enough peanut butter milkshakes! Of course their orange cow can't be beat!

If you’re always running out of donuts why wouldn’t you make/order more from the facility. Don’t expect to get any after 11am. Staff is always friendly.

This is the best gas station I've ever been to. I love UDF and every single employee of UDF. I hope to someday donate hundreds of millions of dollars to the company. My next tattoo will be UDF on my butt.

My daughter absolutely what was waffle cones with the dip in it and the sprinkles on it she don't want ice cream she just wants to come now me I'd love to peach ice cream I'm addicted and will always be

Best ice cream this side the Mississippi. Only better is Blue Bell.nice ice cream counter with custom shakes, malts and more. Cincinnati staple.

Lackluster employees. They sell drinks and often run out of cups or lids or syrup for their carbonated drinks. Seems none of the employees want to be there except for the girl that buys 2 dollar bills.

Came for birthday ice cream with the family. Would have been 5 stars but the dining area was a mess. Floors, tables and chair were all covered in crumbs and sprinkles.

I used to work at UDF years ago and I hate to say this I know it's upgraded inside the new store but I miss the old stores that felt more like a little local ice cream store instead of a convenience store

Very nice stores with the best ice cream and the best gas prices in town. Get a UDF card and get 3 cents of a gallon gas every time.

The staff at the middltown location are rude.takes forever to go through the line to order icecream. I have seen them have 3 people up at the registers with no customers, and the ice cream line have over 7 people waiting to order with only one person working it.
