4 My wife and I just stopped by the location on Kenwood Road. There were three young men working. The service was horrible. The two heavier young men made or ice cream.
They didn't engage us at all. Didn't look at us. They completely ignored my wife. Didn't speak except to ask what we want and then immediately turned around to make our ice cream without waiting for us to make a few changes requests. For example, I wanted the homemade ice cream. But when I managed to ask, I was told they didn't have it out. The service was so miserable. I could go on, but I won't.
They also made both of our orders wrong. They didn't put cashews in my wife's Hawaiian sundae, my chocolate malt was way too chocolatey. When they finished making our ice cream they just threw it on the counter and walked away without saying a single word. We were both very displeased.
I could have burned the $10 that I just spent on two I've creams and at least I would not have been aggravated. This place needs serious help. I will not be returning unless I'm contacted, apologized to, and given a refund. I will also be actively recommending to others that they not go to that location.
How hard is it too find employees that care even a little bit. If I could have given less than one star, I would have. Sheesh!
I stopped to get gas this morning and experienced the most deplorable treatment ever! The cashier was so rude and unconcerned! He was slow, even acknowledging me when I entered the door! He took his time messing around with the ice cream lids, then asked me, with a dead voice what I needed. After he rung up my gas, the Asian cashier just threw my receipt on the counter and walked away! I have never been treated like that before at any UDF! I was the only customer in the store, so his behavior was totally inexcusable!
If you need gasolina in the Blue Ash area, I very highly recommend this UDF location!
