This the worst UDF I've ever been to! I'm not even from the Sharonville area and only stopped in there after leaving an event with my family! Soo i wasn't aware u had to use a kiosk too place ur order! (Different) anyway once i realized that's what you had to do i placed my order not realizing i made some mistakes. Once i realized i made the mistakes i simply told the employee that's not what i meant to order and they had a Attitude! When i called to speak with management he wasn't really any help either! I will not be returning to that location!

On the evening of November 16,2021, my family stopped off at UDF for an evening treat. My best friend and my son placed an order on the kiosk at the dip side for a shake and malt. We gathered at the register to purchase our things. The employee checked us out, and another employee came from the back to work dip side. The employee came from the back and had her personal cell phone on blast for all to hear. At this point, the shakes we just ordered hadn’t been made and another couple people placed an order. My friend and son continued waiting for their shakes. I went outside to wait for them. As I waited for them, the couple that placed after my friend and son received their order, in addition to another gentleman that placed an order well after them. Finally, I returned to the store to ask my friend what the hold-up was about. As I was asking the question, the female employee chimed in and said “the order was deleted. ” I asked why they were never told and why it took so long to acknowledge the order hadn’t been made. The female employee told me “you can come behind here and make it! ” I asked her if she thought she would be able to maintain employment with the mouth she has. The employee didn’t care and continued to banter back. The female employee continued to pop off with her mouth, then the male employee told me he needed me to leave. I guess the pizza they had delivered was more important than taking care of their guests. By the way, a total of 5 or so people had been in the store, so it wasn’t busy. In addition, all gas pumps were down, so the employees didn’t have customers getting gas to tend to. It was at least a 30 minute ordeal. In fact, the process took so long that the pint of ice cream I bought was melted by the time I got home, and I live three minutes away, so it wasn’t travel time that caused the ice cream to melt.

This place is the worst. Employees just stare at you expecting you to be a mind reader if they're open or not. Earbuds in their ears. Never said anything through the entire transaction. This place honestly just sucks for customer service.

Stopped in to get a couple of shakes. There were half a dozen customers in line. I started talking to a friend, waiting for line to die down. By the time (8/17/21- 8: 45pm) I went to order a they told me they were closed. The counter person mumbled something about she was by herself. There were at least 3 workers present. I always thought UDF stood as a very positive customer friendly experience. I buy a lot of gas here, maybe time to move on.

Easy to find location with a new looking building. Plenty of parking, gas pumps and a clean, organized store. Would recommend.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! Me and my mom where just simply trying to get some malt milkshake and if you have ever had a malt before it’s a thick milkshake the young man that was making the order was not paying attention the milkshakes were over flowing and very liquidity he kept washing is gloves off and putting water inside of them and then he would ring out his gloves all over the counter he even put our cups in the sink to wash off the sides of the cup which was covered in ice cream this experience was completely awful and gross the man was very unsanitary if I could I would get them negative stars. DO NOT GO HERE!

Two employees were not wearing masks correctly and were not proactive when I asked them to cover their noses. I think is is bad practice and hope.their management will remind them of what UDF says it requires, UDF store on Reading Rd near Sharon Woods.

The service is fantastic. I felt welcomed as a customer, and the young man working there cracked me up laughing. The place is clean, and the food is good as usual. I felt relaxed getting my breakfast there.

Rude/lazy employees. The bougie self check out for a milkshake gives you an order number that staff never calls out to you when it's ready. The melted milkshake was great.

One of my favorite gas stations brands, up there with Wawa (on the East Coast and Buc-ee's in TX). They could have gotten 5-stars if the person who was filling the coffee dispensers (and spills it) this on 03/6/21 wasn't cursing under his breath where we can all hear it while waiting for our ice cream. Very unprofessional. They also need keep their floors mopped better. Still love United Dairy Farmers.

Thanks for stocking your shelves. You do better than other UDF’s. Update: Changed to a 1 star review. You are just as bad at stocking your shelves as the other UDF’s. Do better.

They sell donuts that are 3 days old and don't seem to lije it when people complain. No refund for hard donuts just attitude.

With the virus going why would an employee lick their fingers to give someone cash change? Happen to me at 130 am 3-24-2020

We planned to go Sharon Woods on Thanksgiving night with our kids to see the lights. Due to a tree down, it was closed so we stopped for donuts. Our boys found pennies and the worker treated them with little ice creams for cents. So generous!

I had a shake that was watery and thin like many other people on your reviews have said on friday night I called up they said come back the so called manager jeannie is very rude and snotty and thinks shes better than everyone just a total self entitled attitude and would not credit me the shake get rid of her and the punk guy with the long hair I will not be returning to this udf or any udfs no wonder this store only has 2.7 stars out of 5 stars fire the employees especially jeannie

The management here are rude, don't know how to treat their own workers, (I have seen multiple accounts of bullying) and can barely hold the place down. I'm never coming back to UDF.

Great store and even better ice cream! If you gonna complain about a watery shake say something to the clerk.they will remake it to fulfill your desire
