United Dairy Farmers, Cincinnati OH

Every time I stop to get gas the windshield cleaning stations are all empty! How hard is it to keep them full so the customers can cleanse windows while they are fueling up! I have complained several times…. They always say they are to busy! I choose to support the United Dairy Farmers. Please fix this on going safety problem and check them daily!

What in the world happened to this UDF? I used to stop in here all the time, went in today and it was horrible. There were 5 young people behind the counter talking with 2 of us customers standing at the register waiting to be helped, we did get helped after they all finished thier conversations with each other. One was using the word MIDGET, which was wrong! I'm glad no "little people " were there to hear that! Ignorance is bliss.

The old short haired woman who works morning. Is super rude. She complains about everything. When asking for tobacco products. She picked up the wrong item and when I pointed it out. She flat out called me stupid and said I didn't ask for the one I wanted. I don't know my own bad habit preferences? She also told how gross the kitchen is and how I shouldn't buy any of the hot food. She's costing yall money.

Manager really needs to learn customer service. Saying "I'm sorry" like I'm a bother and with a very annoyed tone. When all I did was try and get some ice cream. I get your short staffed. I wasn't annoyed by the wait. I could've waited till the register cleared out. I wasn't in a hurry. I wasn't acting annoyed nothing. Her attitude was entirely uncalled for. I wouldn't usually make a post. I'd assume someone had a bad day. No big deal. But I got the same attitude last night when trying to get tobacco for a colleague. Maybe I'll start going to the Lebanon road location from now on.
