There ice cream is great! I love how they are open so late and we can get ice cream on night bike rides heading home.

Waited 5 minutes at the counter and had to ask him to stop going in and out of the back so he could ring me out. Asked him if he could throw away my plastic tab and rudely points outside and say do it there. Customer service could use some improvement

So I frequently visit the UDF location at 9665 Sawmill Rd, Powell, OH, 43065 for gas. Today, I filled up my tank and my daughter wanted to stop in for ice cream. I said ok. We get in the store and there are about 5-6 people in line, I tell her we need to wait in line, then order. We do so, and wait for probably 4-5 mins. As we wait, another 4-5 people come in and get in line behind us. Its a perpetual line from what I can tell. When we get to the counter, we order a cone, the guy working the counter says he has to wait on the people behind us first. I tell him we just waited our turn in line, now we have to essentially get to the back of the line to get ice cream. He said yes. We left. That is a ridiculous policy.

My question is whether or not the policy of the store is to not help the next customer in line if they want anything from the dairy area? If so, you need a giant sign saying "NO ICE CREAM PRODUCTS ARE TO BE SOLD UNLESS THERE IS LITERALLY NO ONE IN LINE. " That way, you don't waste people's time, like you did mine.

No receipt paper and sanitizer was empty. This location is starting to slip.

I have just been attacked by one of the employees because he says that I don't have my visa in the USA.but I am legal.and he just needed to know if I was young or old.but he attacked me just for that.that It was offensive. I won't buy anymore in that garbage place.unless they do something with that person.
