Every time we come here in the evening, it's a less than pleasant experience. The attitudes of the 2 guys that work in there make you feel like it's a bother to stop and serve ice cream. They complain incessantly about how they will never be able to get their work done. I will be visiting a different location from now on.

Worst experience I’ve ever had! I was in with my wife and kid to get ice cream and we gave him the first two drink orders while my kid was picking he made those then we gave him my kids order and he huffed at us and then he made that. Then we had one more drink to get and he said to us “I hope this is the last one because I have stuff to do”. It was at 7: 40pm on 9/3 I think his name was Rodney…they weren’t busy…he should not be in customer service with that attitude

I open way I thought was going to be a honey butter chicken looks and smell like it was dipped in a toilet never will I eat food from here

Worst customer service ever! Never had so many rude comments made by employee’s. NEVER GOING BACK AGAIN!

I had a very bad experience at this location. My girlfriend and I get malts from UDF now and then. We try to go to the Taylorsville location but they always say they are not serving Malts or Milkshakes after 10. Which is odd cause we have got them there before after 10. Anyways I walk in and ask for 2 Chocolate malts and a Milkshake. I get no recognition just a turned back and a verbal" it's gonna be a min". So I say "ok thank you maybe you can teach them at the Taylorsville location how to make them". Then I say "take your time and thank you". So I patiently wait by trying to get scratch-off tickets for a whim for my girl and I. So maybe 4 to 5 mins go by and a customer walks up and asks for a double scoop. I thought ok he can help her do that and make my malts and Milkshakes after. Well he makes the double scoop not sure if he rang her up, but turns around and finally acknowledge me and saids "did you need something". I looked at him and said "yeah them malts and Milkshake I ordered" Them precedes to act annoyed and saids " I thought you were one of them other customers We do not have large lids for large malts and he would have to put it in a grande " So I got a little upset and said "you wasted my time for you to tell me that now and help other people even though I placed my order before the other customer". Also this employee is the manager by the way. Horrible experience and will never go back again

Hands down best milkshakes in town! They have a huge writing and selection to choose from Fall flavors of milkshakes and smoothies.

Tried once again to get a good milkshake at this location. Fail. It’s like drinking straight milk. I didn’t want a $7 cup of chocolate milk (giant). I will take the 20 minute drive to the woodman location where they ALWAYS make an excellent MILKSHAKE. If it’s not hard to drink through the straw on the first sip it’s not thick enough. I took the lid off as I’m driving down the street and it’s swooshing around. Milkshakes don’t swoosh. Ugh I’m just so frustrated. Do better. Train better, use the right amount iof ice cream to milk ratio I don’t know that’s why I pay you for it.

Two times now I have ordered a chocolate malt and it ends up just being a chocolate milk shake. Even after specifically asking and ensuring it was a malt with the worker when I got home it was just a shake. They don’t ever greet customers and just stare at you until your order. Additionally the older man making my shake didn’t wear gloves and was coughing all over while cashing me out
