United Dairy Farmers, Gahanna OH

When I walked in, all three employees were staring at a phone talking about what was on screen. As I was checking out “Dayy” looked like she didn’t want to be there, no smile, no conversation just a “is that it? ” With no eye contact. Other than that. Its a udf. One star due to unfriendly staff. They are the faces of your company

Walked in at 9: 15 kids walked over to the ice cream and he yelled at them saying ice cream is closed. Tall skinny white guy balding with glasses. Then he proceeds to go back to his current customer and they both laugh. Rude and unprofessional

It's a typical United dairy farmers place. It is clean. The staff will smile and welcome you when you come in. Plenty parking you can. Gas is easy to get. It's well lit. You can go in one way or out the other so is two different ways to go. So when you come out you can get out at the light and you don't have to fight the traffic. Or you can just go with the traffic if you're going that way. United dairy Farmers they have all your drinks, all your snacks and all the quick things that you would want in a convenience store like that They also have PNC ATM in the back

I love it because we went there and checked out and a lady gave us 2 free waffle cones

Don’t know what the review before this is talking about, this is the best UDF I’ve been to. The staff are very kind. We went in around 7: 30. There were two other people on the store getting ice cream and such. There were also two employees. One was working the ice cream section, the other was on the counter. We got chocolate milk and ice cream. We got a chocolate chip in a sugar cone, a chocolate in a cup, and I got cookies and cream with sprinkles. I didn’t see what the other persons name was, but the person working the counter was Stormyy. They got the chocolate chip and chocolates. Then did mine. They put 3 scoops of ice cream in my cup despite having trouble because of how frozen it was then two blasts of sprinkles in the middle then four more scoops with a part of a cup filled with sprinkles. They also gave us a coffee for free. They were both very very kind employees. I would come back 100,000 times over. Thank you so much.

This UDF is terrible. Lack of staff, the staff they have are usually unfriendly, and you can count on them being out of what you need. Plenty of other convenience stores within a mile.

Never really had any problems with any of the workers but Ive noticed some things that should not be happening. Like the store manager drinking on the job. I have caught her drinking crown royal on the job She has been extremely disrespectful to my husband and he has the texts to prove it. Ive watched the store manager get out of her vehicle and so many empty fireball bottles fall out. First u shouldnt be drinking on the job in general, second you shouldnt be talking to your employees the way the store manager has. Ive seen the store group chat. And according to said group chat she refuses to give people more hours. Things are expensive now a days and some people can barely afford to buy milk and bread.
