14Love 'The Dairy'! I've always gotten my re-fill coffee here. I still have an old, round 'fat' mug that they haven't had in years! The re-fill was always. 99 - good deal! Then after years and years it went to 1.19 - not too bad, BUT recently it has jumped to 1.59? !? ! I think that is rediculous! I asked them what a regular small coffee was - 1.79? !? ! Doesn't make sense to me. I don't know about getting my re-fill here anymore. (They do have good coffee though)
The UDF in Ross, Ohio is hands down the cleanest, most organized, properly stocked, friendliest and quick moving (gets customers in and out quickly) UDF, heck any gas station, I have ever visited. I would give them unlimited stars if it were possible.
Whenever I get gas. Coffee, soft drinks, or just using the restroom, this udf is always fast service, may be a line but they are quick in and out. Restrooms are always clean, and the employees are always kind and seem ready to help.
Okay store but needs better cleaning if the employees are responsible for cleaning the restrooms they need to be fired or trained!
Big store wasn't aware they had such a big menu and options for different types of food. The lady who made my shake did a terrible job. I wouldn't recommend this location for shakes I could tell she hated her job.
I wish they would fix their discount at the pump. I've been there 3 times in 3 weeks and I have to go in and wait in the long line to pay for my gas.
I've lived within walking distance of a udf my entire life. I'd be lost wit out a dairy
Always bright and clean with friendly employees. You can save big on gas especially in purchasing any food items in-store. And they're constantly having discounts on various items.
Friendly staff, nice parking area, gasless reasonably priced and they do offer discounts through their Udrive program.
Quality gas at competitive prices with plenty of newer pumps. Always hot snack meals available with some of the BEST made to order ICE CREAM/ SHAKES in the whole area.
Great ice cream and dairy products. Don't buy donuts here, they're very expensive. Go to Dunkin instead of UDF.
First let me say I love UDF ice cream. Secondly let me say I do not like the new ordering system for ice cream/shakes/malts. The young adults seem to rarely make eye contact, mumble if they speak, and take no pride in what they are making. Your order will get put on top of ice cream case with no mention of order number or a mumbled grunt and you have to ask. Shake or Sundae cups handed out with chocolate or fudge on sides and making hands sticky or cup holder nasty. Just disappointing from the UDF of old.

I have never been to a convenience. Store/ gas station chain as well run as UDF. In my travels all over the country over the years, UDF seems to be the nicest convenience store train out there.
