United Dairy Farmers reviews
5 Stopped in for a coffee on a cold day. Got it fixed up and looked for a lid but there weren't any. Asked the lady at the counter for some and she said there weren't any. I looked at her in disbelief.how can you sell coffee to go and not have lids? And how hard can it be to make a call to HQ and get some lids on the way?
Needless to say I wasn't happy.
Took the coffee and dumped it in the sink, then walked out mad.
After other disappointments I've come to the conclusion that this may be the worst UDF store in the city.
As a general rule UDF provides great customer service. But this one. Oh boy. Not this one. The cashier was busy watching whatever was on her phone while I was standing right in front of her after she finished cashing out another customer. Yeah, I don't be back to this location.
The manager was rude and untruthful, refusing to honor posted sales offers.
I really disliked the computers. You couldn't customize your order at all. On top of that, our milkshakes were only filled about 2/3 of the way, and were basically milk.
I came in at 9: 30pm on a Friday night and was told that they were not serving ice cream. Their closing time is 1am that is absolutely ridiculous. I cannot count the amount of times this has happened at MULTIPLE UDF locations.

Update: Turned away AGAIN, as the ice cream service station was “closed. ” It is 5pm on a Saturday. Seems like the issue has not been addressed. Do employees just dictate what they feel like doing here?
