7Mailed packages on 12/22/2020 and the Canfield Post Office did not scan them into the system and ship them out to distribution until 1/13/2021. I run a small business and this delay gave my company a black eye. I sent replacements to my customers through North Lima Post Office on 1/2/2021 and they were delivered by 1/7/2021,6 days before Canfield Office even scanned my packages mailed on 12/22/2020.there are 11 houses on my street, one day I had 5 other neighbors mail in my mailbox.
Mike at the Canfield post office went above and beyond to help me out when I lost my mailbox key. Awesome customer service!

Terrible at service. ADDRESS IS CLEARLY FREAKING MARKED AT END OF DRIVE AND THERE CARRIER IS TOO LAZY TO DRIVE IT DOWN. THEY SAY ADDRESS ISNT VALID. ITS ONLY MARKED AT THE ROAD AND THE PLACE HAS BEEN HERE SINCE THE 60'S. AWFUL, SHIP BY FEDEX OR UPS WHEN YOU CAN UNLESS YOU WANT YOUR PACKAGE SENT BACK.
