Archie is the GREATEST US Postal Employee of ALL TIME! Without Archie, this place could not exist! It would literally fall to pieces and crumble to the ground.

Archie is wonderful, but beyond him I have lost ALL confidence In trusting any piece of mail to go through this usps location. I send a lot of personal and business mail, and there are always problems on the Solon side - my primary residence is in New York, and they have confirmed the issue is here.
Today I found out that 15 pieces of priority mail to my clients are MIA, sent two weeks ago.
This is a problem that has been going on for years, and is now just unacceptable.

Not only is this office dirty, dank and poorly run, the drivers are often driving unsafely. I just saw a young lady with braids driving a box truck down sonlon boulevard going about 45mph.this is not the first time I have seen a usps driving way over the limit on residential streets.

Staff was incredibly rude, and unhelpful they told me my package was undeliverable due to insufficient address and told me to come back later the same day it was supposed to be delivered came back later that day and was told they cannot find the package after looking for 20 mins it’s not where it was supposed to be and that it just must have been scanned and sent back in the a.m I don’t see that being possible I’m pretty sure the lady didn’t have an answer on where my package was and replied what do you want me to do about it it’s not our fault? Um yes it is you lost my package the same day it was supposed to be delivered never been treated ruder in my life and will not trust this post office with anything again thanks for terrible rude customer service and thanks for losing my package

What a great experience! The staff is bubbly and friendly. One of the best post office experiences I've had.

You can tell they like their job. You kind of have to ask them for help, they aren’t the most intuitive and won’t ask you if you need something, they expect you to be the one to ask if confused. Very fast though.

After completing all our paperwork at the Cleveland Heights Library, we went to the Solon Post Office at the busiest part of Saturday. It was just before noon, and we had inadvertently omitted a few steps in our forms. The whole staff at the Solon Post Office was pleasant and they kept the line moving very efficiently. The nice lady who helped us was wonderful. Including the wait in line, we were in and out in 8 minutes and 38 seconds (I timed it). It's a shame the Postal Service is a monopoly and different Post Offices don't benefit from offering superior service. If they did, the Solon Post Office would dominate the market!
