United States Postal Service reviews
13Closes at 1 on Saturday. Nobody bothered to update it. I did today at least, hopefully saving others some grief
This post office is terrible. From the employees that don't want to walk outside to get mail from the mailbox to the rude and a laziness in looking up addresses, I won't be using it again. The woman behind the desk tried to tell me an address didn't exist. I pulled up the address on USPS website and showed her and she proceeded to tell me that the address wasn't in the system.find another place to go and do.boy patron this place until the management and employees change.
Do not come her two of the workers went to go throw away my mail and they thought I didn't see them but I did!
USPS lives in the 19th century. So slow. So difficult.and let's be honest grumpy grumps as employees. The government is necessary. But still, if I can I would use a private service. I just couldn't and I literally spent two hours in line.
Mailboxes in front of office are taped shut, and the doors are locked. No way to drop off mail, the only reason I’m here is my mailman won’t take any letter I put in the mailbox. And they keep misdelivering, so I have a ton of “return to sender” mail to have sent back. So dumb.
I got a text saying my home wasn’t accessible to deliver. HOW? ! No attempts even made to deliver my package! I called the post office several times never got an answer. I’m livid!
WATCH! USPS now! Even though they say the flat rate boxes are charged at a one-time fee. They are NOW over charging and trying to say it wasn’t sent in one of their boxes. Even though it was used. They charged $21.85 for the large flat rate box. Then when it was shipped and the customer received it. They charged our account an additional $60.60. REALLY! Then when you try to email or even call them. There is NO response. ALL automated! Left several emails and calls over the last 3 weeks with NO RESPONSE! POOR SERVICE USPS! SO ALL OF YOU WATCH OUT FOR THIS!
This is the second time USPS has lost my mail. The clerk at the office offers no help. I highly recommend going to a different location, or better yet, use fedex.
My package was lost at this post office and it's been a month since no one responded, I don't trust USPS anymore. The sooner they lose funding and shut down, the better!
They keep trying to deliver our mail before we open, impacting our business. The USPS doesn't care about it's customers and the impact their incompetence has on small business in America. The sooner they lose funding and shut down, the better.
I love driving here from 20 minutes away to find out that they’ve closed an hour earlier than their posted closing time. Great work, USPS! Love it.
First two pics taken on Jan. 26.3rd pic taken on Feb. 24. Why should a physical office need to be open to drop off mail that already has paid postage on it? Why is plastic wrapped around these outdoor blue boxes? Why does everyone in this neighborhood need to drive to another location to get their mail delivered?
I Havnt received any mail in 5 days, I’m expecting important things to be sent and nothing, they do not answer the phone when you call, nor do they respond to inquiries regarding your issue
