Worst customer service I’ve ever experience
LAZY and clueless of passport related info (fees, application etc) issues the young African American boy and also a woman at the desk they are there just to do their hours, forget about customer service or knowing about passport stuff, have no interest of educating themselves that their job it’s actually helping customer with their passport but instead the boy said to me “I don’t know nothing about passports you’re supposed to know everything it’s needed including the fees, make an appointment and come back” location needs to do cleanup or Train this boys they hire.it’s a joke

The staff here is amazing and just wonderful. Knowing how much they have to do on a daily basis and all the different personalities they have to deal with, it is truly incredible how they can remain so helpful and sane! ;) I know Ty is relocating from the front retail office, and I am quite sad about it, because she was truly an awesome person to work with. She will be greatly missed with us regular customers!

The people working here are always so kind and helpful! This technically isn't our zip code's post office but this is the one is close and I always go to since the workers are so great. My fiance and I had a great experience earlier today getting our passports for our honeymoon and the woman we worked with was helpful and cheerful as always, she even told me about a form I could fill out after we are married to change my name on my passport for free!

I never have any trouble with my packages until it gets to the Columbus Ohio distribution center then it either gets delayed or sent to wrong place or something else. This place is a joke and needs closed.

I had a one time bulk mailing that had to be shipped first class and required each package be individually weighed. Ty and Kanyeka at the Citygate branch were extremely helpful, courteous and patient with the large undertaking and have solidified this location as my future post office of choice. Much appreciated!

If u are delivering here just come 1 hour before your time anything over that u going to have to park and wait. Other than that nice people

The staff make this my post office of choice. They are knowledgeable work with efficiency and provide outstanding person service. This is out of the way but whenever I come here I feel like the staff remember me when they ask how are you doing.

It’s been 3 weeks I didn’t receive my package. When I called them they either say it got returned to the sender or half of the agencies tells me the package is lost. Also Christopher Burge created a service request and my package was set up to be delivered but until this day I haven’t receive any package. This place is struggling they need to shut down.

Go in to drop my pa kage off They tell me to just leave my very expesive package on there desk. What kind of company does that very unprofessional there

DO NOT DROP YOUR PACKAGES IN THE BLUE BOXES AT THIS LOCATION! They stole a return package that was dropped at this location and refuse to investigate it!

This place is a mystery to find but all in all u have to go to agler road manually dint use gps or the address 3175 Alger rd. Columbus, OH this will bring I to the front any ways so go around to the TRUCK MAIN GATE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE POST OFFICE OR SEE PICS

The counter staff here (Ty was one) is so much more helpful and knowledgeable than any of the locations downtown. Most of the bad reviews are related to systemic issues with staffing and funding. This staff does the best job they can with what they have.

Immediately I arrived the postal women offered me the tape to seal my box to be sent and gave me the address label. I did not have to ask for nothing. She immediately offered me the service I was needing. After paying my service she wished me to have a "blessed day" and asked me if I should need anything else.

Deserves less than one star. The USPS Service is a joke at this point. Can't get through to customer service, packages are delayed, thats if they even show up. Dropped a package off over 2 weeks ago and all I get is the run around. No accountability whatsoever. Just disappointing all around. This isn't my 1st bad experience either tonsay the least.

Two days with no mail delivery to my neighborhood at all. No wonder their outgoing message says no mail at all is perfectly normal. Nothing like blaming the customer rather than where the real blame lied.

Horrible I ALWAYS cringe when I see my package went there because that means an extra two three days onto my delivery time. Absolutely pathetic! GET YOUR ACT TOGETHER!

USPS is still a good service for sending packages. Unfortunately, funding cuts have hurt the post office. However, all of my packages sent this year got there on time. An item I ordered shipped through a private company got lost and never showed up.

My favorite post office to go into. They are aalways so pleasant. They make me laugh at least one time every time I go. Plus I ship for business and my customers are always so shocked on how quickly they get their order.

Absolutely HORRIBLE service. Just wanted to know why my package wasn't delivered to my boyfriend, it's been 3 days late. So I called the number for the postal office and it was AUTOMATED the WHOLE TIME. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure out which options led to what, and guess WHAT. NOTHING WORKED. I couldn't even talk to a representative. Do not use this.
