United States Postal Service reviews
17If I could give a 0, I would! The SUPERVISOR refused to even hear my question, he kept cutting me off and saying the same thing over and over. He needs to retire! And when I called to clarify what I should be doing with the package, he was wrong so I went somewhere else and had no problem!
So far, I haven't had any bad days coming here and even with 2 people at the front its pretty quick. Overall, I don't know if they need more help or not but the ladies were kind to me this past weekend as I forgot to do some of my own shipping requirements at home but they helped me and took me as soon as possible afterwards. Explained some information to me, easy as pie. Also followed up if I wanted the stamps and cards, etc.
My first time here was late 2021 and it was also pretty empty inside and quick. So both of my trips were simple. Overall, the service wasn't bad for me.
We should just do away with USPS or sell it to a private company so it can be run correctly.
Everytime I go here, maybe twice a year, I am reminded of why I dont. The same slow dude has been there for over 15 years and has not gotten any better at basic job tasks like keying in addresses. Hes also condescending when you ask questions.
They dont even give you tape for labels. Everything about the place is awful. Lines out the door, slow processes, waiting so you can be told to wait some more and fill out a form that wasnt out on the counters.
Total dump. Just use online shipping and let this place disappear
This is the worst customer service I've ever recieved by none other than the older man I believe named Jim who is mentioned in all these bad reviews. I had to go to this location since the other one I went to was temporarily closed. Being someone who has worked in customer service for years, I've always been kind and empathetic but was met with interrupting me when I spoke even though he was asking me questions and aggressive behavior. When he asked if I wanted tracking, insurance, etc. I responded saying no thank you, just the tracking that's on the receipt (this is an international package which I'm familiar with the process for it) To which he interrupts and says there is NO tracking unless I want to pay for it. This confuses me but I just want to ship it at this point so I decline. He also questioned me twice on what I was sending, cause apparently a scary apron and cup gives him right to question me otherwise. He tried to insinuate I had somehow took the box there and packaged everything right then and there, and was buying it there. I told him I bought it from the snow rd location. He told me it was not stamped with the dated seal, but it was. I could clearly see it on there but it was faded. Trying to nicely tell him that, he decided to cut me off and talk down to me that it wasn't. I think this guy just likes to pick arguments with people and gets his power trip over it. And he continues to get away with it because USPS clearly as we all can see, does NOTHING about his abuse. Glad to not go back there again! Run and go elsewhere
The staff is excellent! Becky, Lynn and Jim are the best! Keep up the good work! You are appreciated!
No stars deserved. First time mailing something to a buyer, didn't know how it fully worked so I went in line and waited to ask. Jim was rude and told me the label I needed to ship the item was a QR code, big deal what's the difference who cares if I said it wrong. Then I have to go all the way back and grab a envelope because I couldn't just ship a card, and he tells me to make it quick yet there's many people in line. Finally I get back to the front and he's rude and telling me not to touch the counter and wants me to hold all of these items in my hand, while trying to pack them. He was more calm at the end, but overall bad experience. Rolled his eyes at everyone walking in just because it was close to the close time. Big deal your shift ends in 5 minutes, you still have a job to do.
I use the PO quite a lot. Love my new carrier. Glad Felicia is back from vacation! Also, had a problem and customer service people here were so helpful and accommodating! One sad note, there is a sign that basically says BE NICE. Sad we have to tell people that!
This is the worst post office I ever went to. There's an older man who works there at the front desk who is so rude for no reason at all. I was doing mailers for my business. I brought in the mailers and the receipt that I paid online for. I politely gave him the mailers and the receipt and just simply said "I paid online, here's the receipt and here's the mailers". He said "I'll let you know if you paid or not". I said "I've done this a bunch of times". He didn't say anything and looked like it was his first day, but it wasn't. He's been there for ever. I mentioned again "I've done this a bunch of times. What I gave you is the receipt". He said yelling "I HEARD YOU. I KNOW YOU'VE DONE THIS A BUNCH OF TIMES OKAY! I KNOW YOU'VE DONE THIS A BUNCH OF TIMES OKAY! " He looked like he was about to hit me, so I backed up a little and said "whoa relax". There was more but you get the Idea.
It’s a week before Christmas and they have one guy working and a line out the door. Carve an hour out of your day before you go.
Numerous times my mail has been delivered and appeared to have been opened prior to being dropped in my mailbox.
This is the worst post office I ever went to. I will never recommend it. Customer service is very poor there. The guy Jim is very rude he needs to be fired. The one particular was very rude to me because I asked for stamps. I wanted 10 stamps not a book. I start going to the post office in Middleburgh Heights, Ohio they are very professional over there are no problems.
Was just there today to pick up priority envelope for a Philippine passport that my wife needs it needed to be self addressed with tracking and postage.
The lady there wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences totally rude you know I understand you know exactly what I want but at least let me talk there’s nobody in there are you at in a hurry to get me out so you can play with your phone I know that’s what you were doing before I walked him you’re lucky you work for the federal government you did it anywhere else you get fired.
When I came home my package with very important original documents was lying in a puddle of water, although there was a mailbox nearby. Do you have a conscience?
Unbelievably poor customer service. There's an older guy there who literally yells at customers. Including customers who are polite. I think his name is Jim. He is rude for no reason and inefficient with long lines. I go out of my way to get to another mailing/shipping company just so I don't have to deal with their unprofessional attitudes.
Jim is literally the worst. Always bad attitude, very rude and for some reason he’s always there with no help so he’s even meaner! Besides him the ladies who work the counter are always so nice and they have patience so you can ask questions or if there is a long line they are still just as nice when they get to you. The ladies are the reason I gave 4 stars. If it was solely on Jim it would be 0 but since you can’t give 0 stars it would unfortunately be 1 star.
Please FIRE JIM!
They have always been kind to me and very fast service.
Everyone leaving bad comments is just because you are ignorant and your mad the world doesn't revolve around you so get over your stringy selves and realise your no one special and you have to be patient like the rest of us good people out here.
