20I have had to go into this location several times In the last month. They were not busy but the clerks were extremely rude and disrespectful. If you don't like people or your job, then quit. You need to work on customer service.
Waited in line for an hour while she looked for a package she never found just for her to tel me to come back Wednesday because she doesn’t know how to give out mailbox keys
No one ever answers the phone when you call there. I was trying to find where my package was delivered. It wasn't my address.
Terrible service, i mean no service at all, rude employees, I don’t know why we still pay for these peoples salaries with our tax dollars it is ridiculous
I was told the "package" was delivered, By me picking it up at 7: 50 PM, at the post office. How can I pick a "book" which was the package. When they are closed? I have tried to call, never a answer. Just rings and rings. So I am out of money because the postal worker found it in the back of their truck and either trashed it or kept it. Thanks for the screw up.
So the post office closes at 1pm on Saturdays but yet someone marked my package as delivered and an individual pick it up at the post office I know it wasn't me or anyone in my house. It's even more funny because I had another package delivered in my mailbox along with some regular mail. Why not just mark it as delayed and redelivery on Monday smh.
Bad even for government work which says a lot. Was once told by a postal worker there that helping me “wasn’t part of her job description. ” They have sat on packages for weeks before processing them. I’ve had mail with signature required not delivered because the carrier was too lazy to knock on my door. I’m told that carrier doesn’t show up to work most of the time but can’t be fired because unions and that’s why I don’t get mail every day. I get a lot of mail for previous residents and the will often re deliver it even after I mark as return to sender. An employee at another post office said that somebody there “doesn’t want to do her job. ” I have another piece of mail still unaccounted for (stolen) ?
Horrific mail delivery! The USPS brags about a 97% on-time mail delivery rate, but mine has constantly been 15% on-time. Multiple packages marked as delivered, yet routinely delivered to wrong address. Several packages, it was marked that I picked it up from the post office, yet three days later a neighbor would tell me it was delivered to their address instead. This branch doesn't know about service, only how to cause headaches!
They don't regularly deliver the mail. The singular purpose of their work. Seems odd.
Bruhhhhhhhhhh place is always slacking on packages need new employees or something cause they getting lazy after the holiday season apparently. Mail men 10/10 people at the office make me wanna puke sometimes.
On three occasions in the past months my packages were marked as delivered, but no mail was delivered to my house. On two occasions my package was delivered to neighbors that lived down the road. Thankfully they were kind enough to bring them to me. I did report the packages as missing, but marked as delivered. I never got a call, but when I called to check on the status of the packages the service status said resolved, even though I had no knowledge or confirmation on what happened to them. I tried to call a representative on several occasions, but no one ever awnsers.
I went to the post office twice and opened three separate cases to find my "delivered" packages and mail. I have yet to receive a response from USPS or a solution to locate my mail. They will not answer the phone and have stopped delivering mail for the last two weeks. I've lived in eight different states in the United States, and this is by far the worst postal service I've ever encountered. To resolve this issue, I had to pay for a PO box on campus out of pocket. If you decide to get a PO box, I recommend getting one in a different ZIP code.
The delivery of mail is very hit and miss. Never know when or if you are going to get delivered.
Visibly disorganized. Been waiting 15 minutes since they went back looking for my undeliverable package.
I asked them to just leave it in my delivery instructions. Just leave it. It doesn’t have to fit in the mailbox

This is by far the worst post office in Columbus. I’m still waiting on the supervisor to call me about a package they lost of mine’s 2 weeks ago. I’m tired of going to the office on Georgeville Rd about the issue. This is unacceptable.
I would love to receive my mail from this location. Now I have an post office box and I still cannot get all my mail. I have informed delivery and only receive the mail they want to place in your box. Q. How can you have 10 pieces of mail and only receive 5? I have time date sensitive mail and have not received it yet. Now I have to contact the lawyers office to get my mail, not about this location. Different case. But still the post office can put their junk mail in your box and raise the price of portage, but can't deliver your mail to your residence or your PO BOX. Sad this postal office needs to step up or ship out. You're not doing the mail service any justice. Once everything goes digital won't need you for anything. FedEx, ups, DHL and Amazon can deliver packages and mail.
It is a busy location, there's normally a line when I come but the employees seem very knowledgeable and appear to be working hard!
I supposed to get my new renewal id on may14 2022 ain’t never receive it I tried calling these people all this week no luck so I emailed the senator about this mess
Any time I have ever had a problem with a delivery or had a question about tracking packages, they have always been courteous and responsive. Kudos to a gentleman named Chris who works up front, he has always been helpful and understanding. Great customer service in my book.
