United States Postal Service, Toledo OH

In the last 3 weeks cards have not reached me or people I have sent mail to. I find it odd because they were cards with money or gift cards. They were mail at post office in Toledo and one from Detroit. I feel someone in the postal office has stolen these cards. It is very unusual to have it happen four times now. It is so sad you can not trust the postal workers. One card was going to Philadelphia and never came. I think you need to investigate both the Toledo and Detroit postal offices.

I had the best mail lady before i moved on S. Erie Now i never recieve my mail. I been waiting on a package and supposedly it was attempted to be delivered yesterday says it couldn't get to my mail box but they left mail i have nothing on my porch AND I HAVE CAMERAS THAT POINT TO MY SMALL FRONT PORCH! I GOT THE MAIL AS SOON AS THEY DROPPED IT IN THE BOX. NOW IT WON'T TAKE MY TRACKING NUMBER. IT'S MY MOTHER'S PACKAGE AND NOBODY EVEN KNOCKED ON MY DOOR BECAUSE I WAS SITTING RIGHT HERE WATCHING ON MY CAMERA SYSTEM!

I picked up my hold mail yesterday and the desk Attendant said "O' looks like it's kinda opened".

NO! My Priority Package Was Completely Sliced Opened (a smooth cut- Ex. Boxcutter). There was damage to My Priority Package and Many Items Were Missing.

This is a Crime: Vandelism, Damage, and Theft of My Credentials.

I did not pay for a PO Box, too have this Crime B Committed Against Me!

A replacement package-was sent to me and the same Desk Attendant - the whole scenario - just the slit wasn't a full cut (yet significant), and no items were missing.

Jesus Christ they act like you cant come in there and ask for your own mail, if you dont like your job they should consider staying at home or work at work at taco bell real messed up attitude.

I have medication coming in the mail. Was supposed to be here Tuesday, then Thursday, it's now Friday, and they gave up and said simply "arriving late". I'm a truck driver. I'm gone 3 months at a time. I can't afford to keep coming back when my medication that I NEED keeps getting sifted over. It left michigan 2 days ago. I could have WALKED AND GOTTEN IT BY NOW. I can understand covid making things hard, BUT MEDICATION IS A PRIORITY. I'm going to be contacting anyone that will listen. The postal service in toledo has been lax for far too long. Anyone that will listen will hear about it.

Awful place doesn’t answer the phone they have a package that’s sitting there two weeks because the sender put the wrong zip code I live in Dublin and says city Dublin. They never pick up I have left 6 messages in a week what is wrong with these people?

Ordered a game from Indiana, arrived at this specific post office which is a 12 minute drive from my house and somehow managed to be shipped in Detroit. I have been waiting a week and a half for the package. (Called the help number and talked to a computer for an hour and a half)

If I could give them less stars I would. Due to the laziness of their employees no one delivered my package and said they made an attempt even though I was home all day

Website and automated system say they open at 9. I was there a few minutes after, not.open, no staff. As I left, the lady who works in bulk mail walked by. I asked if she could take our mail. She never addressed me but told another staff for me to come back at 10. Unfriendly and rude. I suggest reflecting the 10: 00 open time.on your website and automated system. Thank you.

The clerks are SO RUDE! They have no customer service skills, no one greets you. They act like they hate there job! I WILL NEVER go there again!

Takes 5 days for a product to get here from detroit. Would rather order through an actual competent company instead of this mess.

After I receive a text alert about my tracking, being available to pick up My package I went to this post office to pick up my package. Upon arrival I was told I was not able to pick it up because they don’t do that here. The lady at the front Desk, her name was Denise and she was very unpleasant. So I called the 800 number and I was told by the agent that my package was there and was available to pick up. This package happen to be a birthday gift that is now going to be two days late because of someone’s laziness and unwillingness to help a customer. I am so furious right now. Shame.
