The counter clerk helped me save $ by informing me of a better option to send off my package. I was very pleased that she took the time to explain other options.

I have had literally have had 0 problems with this post office as of 2022. I ship between 2-5 packages a week and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The same can't be said for the tremainsville post office.

The mail man has dropped off 3 packages of mine to the wrong house but it’s my correct address on the package, luckily the people have been awesome and have brought it to me each time, how do you drop a package off to the same wrong house 3 times when the correct address is on the package… we don’t even live on the same street!

Lose packages before even scanning them in. Refuse to even look. I hope whomever has the package enjoys the bath and body items.

I literally don’t get any mail like at all I get other people mail I still have mail outside my box with somebody else name mail been messed up since before COVID so no excuses they pick up
The phone and hang up I don’t no what to do I forward all my mail to my moms home CLOSE DOWN SOON PLEASE

More than several times, this office has a package driver that can never find our trailer court. Doesn't ask anyone, just returns to the office and submits a "no entrance found for this delivery " and I can't call anyone to get my package. Many times it has been a Medical delivery such as prescriptions.
This type of derelict job performance puts my health and I'm sure others in jeopardy. No excuse for their management to allow this.

I had a piece of certified mail that was sent to me January of this year, I found out about it last week, from a different government agency.
The post office supervisor asked me to get the tracking number, I did. I turned it in last week in person, being told that i would receive a call from Brandy about the mail, since "their computers were slow uploading the picture of the receipt". I didn't receive a call, later that day or the next. The weekend is passed and now I'll be showing up in person this morning, since they don't answer the phones.
For the record. When they "can't deliver" a piece of certified mail, they're supposed to leave a slip, saying "pick it up". No note was ever left, nor the one that's supposed to be generated if you don't pick it up within 5 days.
My social security benefits were suspended because of this. I had no way to pay my rent this month. Social security offered more information about the letter, its tracking number and that someone's signature is on the slip than this post office has done.

I've never seen a post office lose things as frequently as this one. Seems like I can order things from around the world without any problems until it gets to this branch. Apparently there is a Bermuda Triangle between there and the 3 blocks to my house

Been trying to call for 3 hours Had a package say it was delivered and I never received how can I get the problem fixed if they don't answer the phone

They refuse to answer the phone. When they get tired of it ringing, they pick it up and hang it up. You're forced to deal with corporate and they are always so far behind it's no help.

Never received any mail that belongs to my family if we get mail its always someone else’s. I have filed complaints with corporate and through the office. And apparently they rather have lazy and disrespectful carrier out and about than worrying about if someone gets their mail and the right mail.

This location is my favorite branch in the Toledo area. The employees have been both friendly and helpful throughout the years.

Worst post office ever. Nothing but problems. No mail, lost mail, could not file a forwarding notice with results and now whom ever (only signed as "sorry") says she can't figure out how to use our mail slot which has been there for 45 yrs so our mail is being held at the office until I put in the post box they want. UGH need I say more? 6/3/20

When you inquire about staying off mail recipients lawn don't expect you won't get retaliation of how your personal property is mishandled being delivered as well. Not sure why it is so hard for some carriers to realize that some people DO NOT find it acceptable to put walking paths in lawns and kicking over spouting. Maybe hire people who care about their jobs and other peoples property?

This place is the WORST! Trying to run a small business is hard enough, and to have bills and checks not delivered to me (lost in mail) is not acceptable, i have to call customers have them stop payments on lost checks and reissue another one and hope it makes it through, paying late fees on utility bills that were never delivered, being lied to by post office manager and putting up with there attitude is unbelievable, manager needs to be FIRED AND RETRAIN ALL MAIL HANDLERS.makes it difficult to do business in toledo.
