United States Postal Service, Portsmouth OH

I've lived in Lucasville I got my mail. I've lived in Rosemount I got my mail. I moved in town I don't get my mail. This includes my poor little dogs' paw prints that were mailed to me. I had to have my Lil guy put down due to his health. I just want my mail what does it take to just get your mail?

We’d never sent anything certified mail before, it’s been 2 weeks now and it still never arrived, time sensitive mail, called them, they claimed they was starting a inquiry but never called us back or emailed us

When I have packages delivered by this post office. Somehow I never receive them and they manage to be in the most peculiar places they should not. Even though I have a mailbox in which things can be fitted into. Mysteriously they get sent back to the post office. Other times you may find packages with tears and or breaks. If you need to get ahold of said post office, no worries because you will be calling all day without a trace. Unless you want to go into the post office then good luck getting ahold of them! Today, a package was “delivered” but not in box or nowhere to be seen. Called them eight times and no sign of life. Not even a note in the mailbox as most times there would be a note had the package been sent back to post office! Not today.

They never answer the phone. I've tried calling several times today to ask a question can't get nobody to answer the phone.
