United States Postal Service, West Chester Township OH

My wife and I had an appointment for a passport this morning. They left a voicemail just before 9am that their camera was broken and unable to take pictures. We would need to go somewhere else prior to our appointment to get the passport photo before our appointment at 10: 15. I didn’t receive the message until 9: 15 when I got home because I was in the middle of taking my kids to school when she called. We left right away to get our photos taken at Walgreens. It took almost an hour and we walked in the post office at 10: 26am. Was told very rudely by the postal worker that she wouldn’t help us because we were late and she had another appointment at 10: 45. Explained we were late because we had stopped to get pictures printed as instructed on the voicemail and that it shouldn’t take as long anyway since she didn’t have to take any pictures, our appointment was for 30 minutes so we were still in our timeframe. She continually talked over us loudly and very clearly had no intention of even attempting to help us. She said that wasn’t her problem and that she had given us ample time to do it by calling right before 9 and that this was our own fault. We asked how long has the camera been down and she said oh it’s been down for weeks. I said ample time would have been calling us the day before. Her name was Bev. If she had been kind or considerate at all, we may have left feeling differently, but her terrible attitude has left a bad taste in our mouth concerning this branch of the post office.

Went in for a passport, had a great experience with the staff. The clerk I worked with was very friendly and accommodating. Very efficient process!

I needed some clarification on my package’s whereabouts so I filled out the form online (at around 10: 30am with little expectation to be honest), BUT to my surprise Bill from the West Chester post office called me at 12: 25pm to inform me that my package just showed as delivered & to reach out if I had any questions. I was shocked at how fast the response was & that someone actually responded at all!

I drive to this location bc I have fast and accurate service. But they desperately NEED A/C For the summer at least. It’s 90+ degrees.

Post Office needs to train their employees how to sell a simple money orders. Went to another one aaand the same thing!

One employee even tried to use the excuse "We dont have that kind of money". I said "Its a MONEY ORDER, you dont need any money". She then said "I dont know to do them". Duh, I figured that out already.

Privatize The Postal Service so we can get rid of these gawd aweful employees!

Excellent service! Nothing like Sharonville post office. Worth the trip up Cin-Day

Super busy location but the staff are very helpful and knowledgeable despite impatient customers.
