Would prefer to leave 1/4 of a star. This is the second time I have had my packages delivered to the wrong house. Do they not compare the house numbers that are on my house in plain site, to what is on the address label? Nope that would be way to easy. Amazing the female carrier delivers my mail correctly, does a great job.
Thank goodness my neighbor brought my packages over to my house. Suggestion have your eyes examed. Or just buy a pair of cheaters so that you can read.

The carriers here will NOT deliver your mail if you own a dog. My dogs are in a fenced in yard and if they are by the fence the carrier walks right by. First it was if they were at the locked storm door they wouldn't deliver, but now they won't even deliver if the dogs are at the fence.

I hope the lady at the desk sees this sign posted on here as well. This is why I don't come to the store. Kind of ridiculous. Try to drop off items Christmas time. And see this so I can't even drop things off because the ladies upset because i got more than five items to drop off. Had a conversation with management over a year agoon this particular lady and I thought that maybe she would be gone. But nope she's still works there

Worst postal workers ever work out of this facility. This must be where they send the screw ups.

Horrible, unfriendly people behind the counter. Got mad because I paid with a 5 dollar bill and didn't get a have a nice day or anything. I was the only customer so no excuse for this behavior. Avoid at all costs. People there need fired

Excellent customer service here! I was so worried that my daughters Easter basket wasn’t going to arrive in time. I spoke to Cody and he went above and beyond to make sure she got them. I’m so grateful for all his help. Best experience ever!

This location always closes early. I have a PO Box here. I don’t know why they hour say five because they close at 4: 50 when I pulled up the door was already locked but I can see from the side that she was servicing people. There was people already in there and she locked the door with people in there early. They do this all the time at this location all the times I have video proof you can only upload pictures here on other platforms I will show that they close at 4: 50 and they also don’t leave any of the self-service items certified mail slips etc even if you want to be proactive have that stuff filled out, then get in line, they make you wait in line to hand it to you behind the counter to them make you get back in line.like they are just very weird and strange rude terrible customer service here and it’s always only one working the front I’m canceling my PO Box. I will get a virtual address where I could be Service and do my Mail this is ridiculous

The person at the desk literally laughed at my husband because THEY lost our certified mail and said it's the policy of the post office that if it's been 30 days, it's not their problem. This has got to be a joke.told him he should've sent it more certified than certified when they go out of business, they will have no one else to blame besides themselves and I hope they do go out of business.

Also, lost all of the invoices we sent in (40+ invoices) in one day. Having low staff is one thing, but this is embarrassing.

I'd give no stars if it were an option.

I missed the carrier delivering my medicine that I urgently needed and when I called they worked with me and I was able to stop by and get it the same day. I appreciate the staff willing to accommodate me.

This post office is the worst I've ever dealt with. I've called them over and over for months about the carrier leaving the mailbox open. They will never stop, it happens everyday and everyday I call and complain. Absolutely terrible post office.
