Please for the love of god do not go here! The other 1 star reviews are completely true, worst customer service ever.

The workers are so Lazy 50 packages I dropped off 3 different times they didn’t even scan. They figured it will be scanned in Detroit apparently. They don’t even want to do their job. If want to wait in line instead of scanning them myself. It’s not the same amount of time they do it it’s considerably longer doing 30 packages, yet they keep commenting to me you can scan them yourself. I sent 10 envelope packages today with one person in line and still mentioned I can scan my own packages. If I wanted to I Would. Try doing your JOB, The management is a Joke! A bunch of lazy state workers period. If you’re too lazy to do what you were hired for get a new job. It’s pathetic

They are the worst place ever! I'm SO GLAD I moved my office out of Holland, but now I'm only getting about 1/2 of my mail forwarded. I'm missing checks and Income Tax notices.it's BEYOND RIDICULOUS!

Now that I live in Rose City, MI, the USPS office is FABULOUS. FRIENDLY too!

If I could make below 1 star, I would. Very rude altogether up to management. We don't work for you, you guys actually work for customers and you cannot blame customers for an unsuccessful job choices. There should be upper management audit for this place, and ASAP.

They never actually deliver our packages to us. They always say can’t deliver because they are too lazy to drive down the driveway. So we always have to drive there and get our package.

I could write a novel on why i think these people should all lose their jobs. Shut this place down please!

This postal office is the worst I've ever been too, there's no signage of a 6 feet rule, nor was anyone wearing a mask, with that being said the window clerk says to me in a nasty tone for me to step back, I was already 4-5 feet away from the customer, next the postmaster comes out without even knowing what's going on and states I am the postmaster of Holland Ohio, as if I didn't know what location I was at I am a resident of Holland Ohio. What I did notice is that white customers got preferential treatment because without even acknowledging myself in line the post master invited the customer behind me to be helped disregarding me. I wish I were able to give this place a zero rating. To have served this country and to know that racism still exists is pretty sad. Lead by example is what I was taught but when you have the postmaster exhibiting this kind of behavior in front of her staff I guess that's what you will get. I recommend anyone doing business at post office please do yourself a favor and go to the next closest post office.

Don’t bother go here when you need some help. I asked about missing package and she just told me that try on USPS website, and walked away back room. I won’t use this location or maybe use FedEx, UPS for sending packages in future.
