I hope all staff at this location will be well compensated and well staffed, as well as well supervised so they can deliver their mission of delivering efficient, secure and reliable mails to all of us, their service is still needed in this day and age of electronic gadgets.

I was in and out quick with a faster and cheaper rate than UPS or FedEx.

Every employee I have dealt with here has been extremely helpful and polite. The customer service at the Defiance post office is always quick, professional, and helpful. The mail carriers are always nice, personable, and careful with my mail. Some of them go way beyond the bare minimum, and it is much appreciated.

They lost my package and told me the website that I ordered it from has the wrong tracking number. Funny I got it every other package and it had the exact tracking number correctly on it.if there were any other mail delivery service I would use that instead. Only reason I’m giving it one star is because it won’t let me put anything less.

I've been trying since early October to have an elderly lady's mail box relocated.for a hardship. We filled the paperwork out and got a Drs note, him stating she had fallen several times and was legally blind in one eye. We were supposed to have results in 6 weeks. And I've called multiple times no results. She's passed all the criteria and they can turn around in her driveway. I think I need to talk to the bosses boss. (On a positive note.my mail carrier, Erica is the best ever, she goes above and beyond and does a great job with our mail delivery. And she's such a sweet person!)

Well today the lady behind the counter was very rude! I wish the was more room here for details! She should have stayed home if she doesn't like doing her job
