Typical government office, lazy employees who show up late/aren't ever at the desk when there are lines to the door. Not sure why they're booking two passport appointments at the same time with two people working the desk. This shuts down package/mail drop off. Please do a better job. Your whole purpose is to accept/deliver packages and mail.

I went in today to get a passport. While greeting and addressing the woman at the booth (who ignored me at first and was still reading her book when I was talking), I was immediately interrupted with “do you have an application? ” I told her no, as the email that I received clearly stated that I was to fill one out once I arrived. No worries, things get mixed up, I work in customer service myself and I get it. These interruptions, along with blatant and unnecessary disrespect continued for the entire time I was there. I can handle rude people, people have bad days sometimes. What really sparked this review was the homophobic comment this woman made to me when I put my girlfriend as my emergency contact. She asked our relationship when I put her down on my application, she side eyed me a little, I’m used to it. When I was handed my papers back, I asked the woman if I needed to hold on the the physical 2x2 passport picture I was handed back with my papers, she responded “How about you give it to your girlfriend” in a very degrading tone and gave me the look. I laughed in shock, as no one has said anything that degrading regarding my sexuality since high school. I walked in with a smile, and walked out in tears this woman made me so unbelievably angry. I am ashamed that my tax dollars go here, what a waste of resources.

Thank you to the mail person who stopped to help my girlfriend pick up her mom who fell in our driveway today. Good to know there is good people still out there.

Went into this location panicking because my package was getting shipped back to sender (this was a sweepstakes prize so I wasn’t sure if the company would reship) all because the company didn’t add my unit number to my address. Laura and Z were amazing and helped get this situation fixed and made enough small talk to keep me calm. I was able to get my package at a different location after Laura worked her magic. These two ladies were super professional and provided customer service you just don’t see every day. Stuff like this needs called out every time! Thank you Laura and Z!

Been going here for years, never had any issues. Ingrid is the worst human being I’ve dealt with her attitude is crazy, someone who can barely read does not need to be working back there. Was sitting on her phone in front of me while I waited to be helped. Terrible customer service from her, everyone else at that location has been nothing but amazing. Probably never going back tho

I set up an appointment online to apply for a passport. When I entered the building and was greeted I was immediately dismissed as "all passport applications are cancelled. " If this was the case, there had been no information sent to me via any communication line.

I showed the teller my confirmation email and my paperwork. She immediately said "can't do it you don't have your ID. " I did have my ID in my purse. It came off as though she simply didn't want me there at all.

Then, I asked if things were filled out right and she focused on one particular thing and asked the same question about it three times, still dismissive of the situation.

Finally she asked if I had my birth certificate. I did not, and that's on me, and that's entirely understandable.

However, her attitude leading up to that point was entirely unprofessional and rude. This was my first experience at this Post Office and I have no intention of a second experience after how awful this one was.

Updating my review:

I love this Post Office. It's Easy in and out. The teller today was extremely efficient, friendly, knowledgeable, and fast. I really appreciated her efficiency. There were no lines when I went. I was in and out in five minutes.

I came to this location to get my sons passport renewed. Last time we had to renew his passport we didn’t need an appointment. We first stopped at A different location and place that takes care of this but they said we had to have an appointment even though there was no one in line behind us. I thought let’s try the post office. I came to this Cuyahoga Falls post office and the woman here Lauren told me the same thing you have to have an appointment. I pleaded please my husband and I both took off of work to handle this and there’s no one in the facility right now but us. At first she said the rules were we had to have an appointment and that usually took a couple of days to get etc. I played it again please help me there’s no one here and all my paperwork is filled out everything is done. I was so grateful she obliged. She happily helped and took care of getting all the passport paperwork done. She was friendly smiling kind. Thank you so much Lauren you’re the best. Attitude it’s all about attitude and helping people. This is a great location with great service.

I haven’t got passport yet it’s been 1 months and I paid 60 dolor more but still I haven’t got yet I don’t know what’s going on
