United Urgent Care, Columbus OH

I came here to do a literally school Physical check- up for a sport and it literally takes hours just to call you to do a check-up. A lot of other Customers were complaining when they gonna be called and the receptionist just says “we should just wait, because there are other customers were here before you. ” I mean like it shouldn’t take yourself just so that they can call your name. My back literally had cramps just from waiting!

I had great experiance with urgent care front dest was very friendly and i got help from Dr ubwh she asked proper question, very attentive, and friendly. I was satisfied with her answer and analyses.

100% satisfied with my medical service from the nurses and the doctor really clean place and great people great personalities and very helpful!

I did medical exam for green card and should be taken 7 to 10 days as they said. But it takes almost a month and never call just after I did many times

I give it a one star because you can't leave it blank. >: (worst place ever. I can't complain about the Dr. But nurses and staff he has working with him act like if they were giving a free service.we PAID every penny we were charged.the short lady that gives out the immigration paper work is the rudest person ever.get another job if you don't like working with people! Won't trash my mouth with bad words but I'm being nice by just saying she is rude! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

Took wife there and turned, walked out. Parking lot trash/inside nasty/dirty/stinky. Who in their right mind would ever let this happen? This place needs shut down. Total waste of time going there. One star is too much.

I'm giving them 5 stars because I had not problems with the staff at all. They were very nice, caring and took care of me. I have bronchitis, they gave me my prescriptions including a chest x-ray. No I'm not a staff member or solamolian and they treated me as a person. I think and appreciate their services

Somalians use this location as their primary physician since the Dr. Is also one of them. The waiting area is noisy AF! Bad azz kids, and loud talking women. Arrived at 3pm.an hour and a half later I've only seen 2 people leave from the back. I still have 5 people ahead of me. Guess I'll be leaving by the time they close which is 6pm. Should of just went to the ER.but decided not to since this location is directly across the street from me. However.this will be my last time coming here!? Don't waste your time American folks!

There are 2 Urgent Care providers in the area that accept my insurance. When I called the 1st to ask if they'd be able to lance my infection (Paronychia - infected finger/cuticle) they flat out said no. When I called United Urgent Care they said it would be up to the Dr. I decided to give United a try.

Admittance was streamlined, minimal paperwork, & the wait was not bad at all (~30m).

Great bedside manner by all the medical staff here! They were friendly and attentive to my needs. The Nurse Practitioner who originally assessed me sounded inclined to send me home with antibiotics and orders to come back if things did not improve, but after that I was assessed by the Physician (Dr Hashi) and he said he would lance it. His technique was good and the pain was minimal.

I happily recommend United Urgent Care! They did a great job, and are kind and friendly people.

The worst place ever! Waiting on my wife exams/results for over 2 months CAN NOT BELIVE IT! Super disorganized place.

The location is great and easy to find. I was pleased that the doctor and staff were very welcoming and professional. The fee was very reasonable. The waiting time was not bad considering it was Sunday. I walked in without an appointment and really avoided going to ER. No complaints at all.

Worst treatment of patients. Waiting times exceed 4-5 hours. They do not respond well over phone. Nobody knows whats going on with their clinic paperwork.

Not bad. Had a second degree burn, the doctor prescribed the correct medication and was caring. He showed me how and gave me instructions on how to treat my wound. Cost $80 bucks. Not bad.

I dont get off work until 430 my doctor office close at 5 so i call 2330 morse urgent care and online it say u dont close until 7 why the lady told me they are close very very very rude. I ask to speak to sumone else and she refuse wen i said something about corp she say oh u want to talk to sumone else i repeat again please put someone else on the phone she give the lady beside her the phone tell me yes we close at 5 not 7 bc we a hour behide and u non corp so we can close if we want too. I ask her for her name she said im the MA on the floor Kristina i think her name was but if they cant help us wen we need it WHO AND WHY THEY OPEN? I NEED ANSWER

I would rather go to ER. People behind us went inside so I asked front desk what is going on. She said give me your card I will give your money back.

Took my daughter here to get medicine for a nasty candida rash and the doctor had to look up the medicine to prescribe on his smartphone. The doctor knew nothing and told me nothing. My daughter had a die-off reaction to the antifungal and i was worried sick. She developed a body rash and i had no clue what was happening.i had to call a real doctor to find out because they wouldnt answer any questions. They just wanted me to come back in to give them more money.

I would not recommend this place to anyone for any reason. Most of the staff are quite rude and obviously don't know what they are talking about. I've been trying to get lab results that were promised to me by Saturday morning and it's Tuesday evening and they're not even answering the phones. They were also pretty rude yesterday when I was able to speak to someone. Don't waste your time.

I toke my child here and when i ask them to check her o2 due to having trouble breathing i was told to just take her to the ER since they do not take my insurance. Ok so you dont take my insurance so you cant take 2 sec to see where her stats are and if she needs O2. We were just sent out the door to another place with out any care at all.her O2 was a low

I will not recommend anyone for any kind of service a simple paper work that shouldn't take them 4days to complet took almost 4 weeks telling today tomorrow next week doctor here there and they even lost my paper work when they already take there money from day one
