The service was totally fine and everyone at the office seems very nice but both my husband and I had an appointment for the exact same thing, an all over skin check on moles. We got our bills back and my appointment cost $104 more dollars and when I called to ask why this difference occurred, it’s apparently because I mentioned I had a cyst on my head…? They didn’t do anything about it or even actually look at it, but apparently me mentioning that cost me over $100 for the appointment. Not that I will be returning to this business, but for anyone who may go in the future, stating your skin concerns on a routine all over body check WILL COST YOU.

Extremely pleased with Stephanie the nurse practitioner. Very thorough. She listens to the patient and is proactive to biopsy areas necessary. On 2 different occasions those biopsies revealed cancer requiring further procedures. And she has an excellent personality!

I went there to have 2 cysts and a lipoma removed. Instead she did a cancer screening and removed two moles. The doctor refused to remove the lipoma and cysts and canceled my appointments without telling me and I came a long distance because it was recommended to me. Unprofessional! The least they could have done was refer me to someone else if they were not wanting to do it. Don't waste your time or money there!

Nicest staff, Dr George was awesome and very caring and nice and made sure I understood everything. I definitely would recommend him. Hardly any scar at all.

Everyone at the Mt Vernon location is friendly and helpful, they always make my experience with them a joy.

I went their with an acne condition which she “attempted” to treat numerous times telling me her medicine and treatments would work and it never helped a single problem I had. This woman is money hungry I 10/10 would never recomend going here

I have had positive experiences in the past with this office but now most things are referred to Westerville or Dublin. I felt rushed, belittled and discouraged at the last appointment. It was like they did not remember or care to check any of my previous history or listen to my concerns.

My bad review is not because of competence, I have been to the Mt Vernon clinic three times and the surgery center in Dublin once. All gave great care. My complaint is because I lost my Medicare card they cancelled my appointment. Really? After giving them my business 4 times, all paid they could not trust me enough to take me on my word until my replacement card arrived? I will never go back. That was way to insulting to me.
