16The UH Mentor Urgent Care was excellent today! Kim the X-ray tech was friendly, proficient and a pleasure to work with. The Doctor was informative and did not seem rushed. Listened and gave excellent advice. Only issue was the front reception. She was rude, rolled her eyes at me and huffed. Asked me too much personal medical information in the front waiting area and told me it was too far out from injury to be seen. I was injured this morning. It was non of her business nor the other customers. She should not be making any medical judgements. I would definitely return because of Kim and the Physician.
Found staff curtious, helpful and empathetic. Short waiting time to see nurse, doctor and clarify diagnosis. In all was a short accurate stay. Will recommend this location to anyone that ask for a recommendation.
Very clean.the front desk, physcian assistant, x ray tech all very helpful and friendly and took the time to explain my problem.long wait but not their fault as there were many people in waiting room.would highly recommend.
Friendly, comfortable and quick. New location is very nice and clean. From the time I walked in until I left every one of the staff was friendly and helpful. Would recommend this location for sure.

Great experience! It was easy to make an appointment online, and by submitting paperwork ahead of time, it really sped up the process of check in upon arrival. New location is nice and clean, everyone was friendly and helpful. Could not ask for more.
The staff here was not good. The X-ray tech was awful. She had zero patience with a child that has a history of medical trauma, the huffing and debating was unprofessional. She shouldn’t work with rats let alone people.
Even though I had a 1: 10 “appointment“ I waited over 2 hours to be seen. Then I was put in another room and waited another 30 minutes. I went for flu symptoms so sitting on a hard chair in a freezing cold room was almost unbearable. If you don’t have enough staff then don’t make so many appointments back to back. It was beyond ridiculous and I was very miserable coughing and aching the entire time. Never again.
Quick & easy check-in process; with less than 10 minute wait before seen. Entire staff (women at the front desk, RN, Dr. Kyra Dawson) was so kind & professional. I was VERY grateful for Dr. Dawson's knowledge of and pro-active actions to take regarding my medical issue.
The staff is very friendly and helpful, they are one of the best urgent care's i have ever been to, would recommend them to anyone
I had a great experience. Set up an appt.and I was in and out in 30 minute. Super clean and staff is wonderful.
Online registration is simple and quick. Staff is friendly, professional, and thorough. I felt heard and taken care of, which is all you can ask for when you’re not feeling well. Facilities are great. Highly recommend.
I absolutely hate it when you go into one of these places sick and they NEVER touch you. You would think when someone is have flu and or sinus symptoms thr doctor would look in your throat, ears, and listen to your heart. For god sakes, I'm 68 years old they should have done that.
Very busy but time was spent listening to my concerns and asking questions.
