Sat there for 2 hours before I left. They charged me $205 BEFORE I WAS EVEN SEEN! Like.why?

The service was great but the wait time was painfully long, especially since we scheduled ahead online. When I got there, the lady at the desk said that it would be a little wait. A little wait turned into being seen after 5 hours. To schedule ahead and still wait this long is unacceptable and ridiculously frustrating. Do better UH!

As busy as they were, they were very efficient!
The doctor was very polite, understanding, and answered all my concerns.

I was seen within a reasonable timeframe and the staff were very friendly. I was pleasantly surprised heading into a holiday weekend.

I had an excellent experience at UH Urgent care n Willoughby recently. I made an online appointment but when I got there I found they were extremely busy and running behind schedule. (It was a Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend, so no surprise) The ladies working at the check in desk were really great as they explained the situation while still remaining pleasant and professional. They even offered to call me when it was close to my turn so I didn’t have to sit in the lobby for hours. I took them up on that and went home. Sure enough, they called me and said they would be ready for me in about a half hour or so which left me plenty of time to make the drive back. When I got there, I was taken in for examination within minutes. The nursing staff was courteous and professional. They let me know everything they were going to do and when I would see the doctor. The doctor was very nice and treated me with respect. The entire process took probably a half hour and I was on my way home. Overall, an excellent experience and they handled an extremely busy Saturday afternoon better than I could have expected.

Receptionist was pleasant and very efficient. Doctor was sweet and knowledgeable. Place is new, nice, and clean. I highly recommend.

The receptionists were less than warm and kind. On arrival I was told “two people ahead of us”. I received a text message for a time slot 3 hours later. I was told they was just a “place holder”. It was every bit of nearly 4 hours later than the arrival time. Honesty would have been appreciated for planning with children.

The doctor was nice and our visit was 5 min. For self pay, I’m also less than pleased with quality care for a simple ear infection out of state.

The lady that checked me in is awesome, kind and truely.caring an an asset to her feild. Extremely kind and helpful and patient. Codos to her and a sincere thank yoù for being so kind

The doctor was excellent. He greeted us with a smile, and did a great job explaining the flu to my son. I'm giving UH 4 stars because of the new system of logging yourself in when your sick or not good with computers. I feel bad for the older people who struggle to with technology. My mom wouldn't be able to do this. The office staff are rude and won't help you.

New facility. Brought my daughter who had a complaint about her tongue. Staff was very polite and saw to our needs. Waited an hour though to be seen. Positive experience.

Overall, a good experience. Kim, at the front desk is very pleasant and extremely helpful. Everyone was courteous and professional. Dianne, CPN was great. Will definitely use facility again.

I made an appt online and I still waited for over an hour and a half. Once I got in to see the CNP, everything went quickly. Diane Nutter CNP was personable and proficient.
