University of Cincinnati Bookstore

Nice little bookstore. The staff member was helpful and kind despite the fact I went to the wrong bookstore for what I needed They have basic office supplies and books, just like a college bookstore should. 5/5 stars.

Only thing is—it was a little hard to find, but it is in the back of the food court building. You have to resist the urge to stop at the chick fil a on your way to it haha. If you can’t handle that temptation, maybe plug your nose on the way by….

Four months ago, I visited this store and had an excellent experience. The staff was friendly, and helpful, and made my shopping spree a breeze.
With high expectations, I decided to visit the store again. However, upon entering, I noticed no one was present at the front desk for the first few minutes. I was checking an iPad on display (Which I was planning to buy).
As soon as I touched it, an alarm went off and drew the attention of a staff member. I expected the employee to address the situation calmly because the mistake wasn't mine. Instead, the staff member appeared upset and was rather rude in his approach. He immediately asked me to leave the area, making me feel like I had caused trouble.
I had only entered the store for three minutes and hadn't even had a chance to look for all of the items I wanted to purchase. This made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed, leading me to leave the store without making any purchases.
