Dr AJ is the BEST! I'd follow her anywhere! Dr AJ is very thorough - always catches things early and goes the extra mile for her patients to make sure they are healthy and happy. Can't say enough good things about her!

Everyone is very friendly, courteous, caring, and professional. The Vets are very knowledgeable and really take their time to explain their diagnosis, prognosis, and treatment in a way for an ordinary person to understand. I really feel like my pet is in good hands when she's in the care of the folks here at Upper Arlington Vet Hospital. Vets/Staff really understand a pet owner's concerns/anxiety over their pet's healthcare.

I appreciate the willingness of the doctors to listen to my concerns and answer my questions in a way I can understand. The support team is caring and friendly.

My fiancé and I take both of our dogs - Trumpet and Dice, here and we absolutely love Dr. Bonfiglio! Never have we felt more welcomed and genuinely cared for in all of the veterinarians we have been to. We feel right at home with Dr. Bonfiglio and the Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital. I received excellent care at UA Veterinary Hospital. My dog Victoria injured her leg and my regular vet was unable to see her for almost a week, so I called several other vets to see if I could have her seen earlier. UA worked with me to get her in that day and they took excellent care of her. Dr. Parson was extremely thorough and took the time to talk through additional smaller issues that were unrelated to her leg injury. Thank you Dr. Parson + team for taking care of Victoria!

I was recommended to this vet from a friend who has been with them for over 5 years now. The staff are attentive to the needs of my pets. You can trust them with any procedure. One of my senior pets went under for a tumor removal a few months ago. We received a personal call from the surgeon Dr. Parson, and co-owner, himself regarding the procedure and after-care. My pets are very anxious but always happy to go to the vet. Pricing fair for the area.

Best facility in the city, great staff, and professional care. Our doggos are treated like family and we'll cared for. You'll pay for these services, usually more than most clinics, but it's almost always worth it for the care received.

I made a heart breaking decision to say good bye to my sweet little dog. These folks were so amazing. I will never forget him and I will never forget the compassion shown by every person I spoke to.

The Vets and staff really care about your pets and are very nice. They even put a candle at the main desk when a pet has passed away. It is a sweet gesture. Their pricing is pretty reasonable and they don't charge you for something if there is a less expensive option that can be done. I've been going to them for almost 14 years now.

Several years ago, I visited the Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital booth at the annual Upper Arlington Labor Day Arts Festival at Northam Park.

They offered to me a black plastic cap that can be used to close partially-used cans of pet food. I do not own a pet and I could not figure out what I would do with that cap but I picked up one anyway and took it home for me.

I soon realized that that cap can be used as a "coaster" so that when I have a cold beverage in a glass that I want to place on a wooden surface, that cap will protect that wooden surface from damage.

I later figured out that that cap will similarly protect the edge of my bathtub from staining when I turn a mostly-empty bottle of shampoo upside down so that it will dispense shampoo more quickly.

So I walked to the former location of Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital [at 2447 North Star Rd. ] about a year ago and was able to get a second cap to use to protect the edge of my bathtub.

I realized within the past few weeks that it would be great to have a third cap so that I would not have to move my one "cold beverage" "coaster" cap back and forth depending on where I am located within my apartment.

So I called Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital about a week ago [11-8-2019] [at their new location] and asked them if they still have any of those caps.

They found their caps in a box that had been stored in the basement since their move to their new location and held one for me at the front desk.

I now have three of those very-useful Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital caps; I use them every day.

The entire staff is amazing. Everyone is kind, caring, extremely knowledgeable, and treat your pet like it's their own. My previous dog was treated by UAVH from the time I adopted him 8 years ago until he succumbed to age at 14 this past summer, and he was in wonderful hands with Dr. Wildman all those years, right up to the end, even through some tricky diagnoses. When we adopted a new dog two weeks ago, my first call in the car after I picked him up from the rescue was to UAVH to make his first appointment with Dr. Wildman. She is amazing at her job, and so are all of the vet techs and office staff that we've interacted with. Their dedication, attention to detail, and kindness are unmatched.

Our corgi was seen last week for a CCL tear, and we could not be more pleased with the care he received at Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital. The front desk staff were stellar, the vets were kind and informative and we felt instantly comfortable there. We appreciated the honesty and transparency from the vets while discussing our pup's condition and are so thankful for their help in developing a treatment plan. All around it was a fantastic experience and I would highly recommend them for your pet's care. We will definitely be clients here for years to come!

We have been to many Vet offices but these Drs have gone above and beyond to help all of our pets! We were out of town and needed meds for our dog and they were waiting at the front desk within 5 min of calling for our dog sitter to pickup. I would highly recommend this office!

I've been bringing my cats and my dog to Upper Arlington Veterinary Hospital since I moved to Columbus 2 years ago. The staff are always incredibly friendly and I have a wonderful experience each time I'm here. The staff go out of their way to make sure my animals are comfortable. They've taken excellent care of my babies. Highly recommend! My pets will be coming here as long as I am in Columbus.

This is the only place I can bring my pet rats. The employees always get so excited when they meet my sweeties. It warms my heart the way they love and care for them ️ I rescued a rat who was very sick with a respiratory infection.the doctor helped me save my girl. She is now almost 2 years old ️

This is the place to go when you want your pet to be treated with compassion, love, and up to date veterinary knowledge. All of the staff members are professional, helping, and care deeply about every single furbaby that comes through their doors.

The only place I’ll take my dog. She had some issue where she was bitten by a bug or stepped on something and it was causing her A LOT of pain. I picked her up and rushed her to Upper Arlington Vet Hospital. I got there 30 minutes before they closed and did not have an appointment but they saw how panicked I was and took my girl to the back to check her out. Luckily she was fine but I will never forget that and will never go anywhere else

We love UA Vet Hospital - all the Drs and technicians are friendly & explain things very well. They don’t “ sell” their services - it’s clear they put medical care first and sales second. We trust these Docs with every phase our pets have gone through. They are both thorough and compassionate.
