1 Since before Christmas, our UPS packages stopped being delivered to our house. We tried to figure out why, as some Christmas presents were delayed getting to our house and we were worried we wouldn't get them in time. Nobody seemed to know anything about it, and we chalked it up to a glitch in the system.
Today it happened again, and I again inquired as to why my packages indicate that I "requested to pick up" rather than being delivered to my home. After many phone calls today, I was told that my home had been flagged by a driver as having had an altercation or the driver felt unsafe delivering here. When I asked for details, I was told the information was very vague. I know of no altercations with delivery drivers, and the only frustrations I've had with UPS/Amazon/FedEx/DHL is over this situation where I feel I'm stuck in an endless loop of people who know nothing and are incapable of undoing what seems to be a lifetime ban on UPS deliveries because of a driver's vague notes.
I am writing this in the hopes that this is being monitored and I might get in touch with someone who can provide real answers and a resolution to this issue.
