We truly do have the best branch! The drivers are awesome especially Anthony! Fast drop offs too when I have to go to the depot.

It was easy to find, and I was in and out fairly quick, but the person working to help me return a package was very rude. I will do my best to avoid using this location in the future.

The female behind the counter is the rudest person I have ever encountered in customer service. Raising her voice to me and telling me they don't tape boxes, and I shouldn't have expected them to do anything except ship the box. She proceeded to say they were having issues with their computers and printing a shipping label may not be able to happen either. I luckily hadnt unloaded my 2 boxes weighing almost 60lbs a piece. I stated I would be back, left and drove to anther location. Shipping to a national organization, you'd think they'd be a little more mindful of how they are dealing with customers. All my social media platforms have been posted to with a similar review. If it weren't for your Huber Heights location being so kind and heartfelt I'd have gone FedEx.

After repeatedly calling about where my packages are, and even threatening report theft to police if UPS didn't actually deliver to my house, UPS continues to leave my packages in the ditch by my mailbox. UPS drivers complain about how long the driveways are along our busy road. They can't keep out of our mailboxes either, which is against federal law. We had a driver go on for 4 minutes about how ridiculous he thought it was to deliver us an envelope that just wouldn't quite fit in the mailbox. We've had mail stolen from our mailbox along this busy road. I've put scrap metal and couches down there to get rid of them, and they were gone within 10 minutes. Leaving packages sitting down by the road is like giving them away, which is theft and should be reported to the police.

Very unpleasant. I didn't know I needed to tape my own package. I truly thought a shipping company would have tape I could you use. I'm not upset about the rules of being responsible for your own package at all. I'm just upset of the way the woman spoke to me and made me feel. I would have rather bought the 4 dollar tape she spouted off about. Since her co worker assured me her kindness was because of her Christmas spirit (as he slapped my return label on the box to "seal" it.) ; I decided to say merry Christmas to hopefully brighten the mood. Nothing at all but them looking at me and looking away. It wouldn't of been a big deal if she wouldn't have wished the two customers before me a merry christmad.

Man working today was very rude. Just because i dont know everything there is to know about shipping a package. There was no need to act the way he did.

Said they couldn't give me my package because I didn't have an ID with the name that was on the package (my name) but on the email it said someone else could pick it up as long as they have the tracking number

95% of the time they're not on time and they are so lazy just because a truck is late on Friday don't mean you should rescheduled and delay the package for the whole weekend it just means they should deliver it a little later

This a very anti gun establishment. I'm very disappointed to be told I'd need a dealers license to ship spent bullet casing to a friend. It's surprising to see how far gone this country is, when speaking in terms of citizens rights. Thanks for nothing ups.

Tracking says my package has been on a truck out for delivery since before 7 AM and here it is after 8 PM and no damn package. Piss poor service to say the least. So how long do I wait up in case they bring my package tonight? There's no way to know anything.

Because I'm not home from 9-5 M-F, I have to drive over an hour to pick up my packages here. It sounds like a bad joke, but both FedEx and USPS will drop off packages of I sign the back, AND they both have Saturday delivery.but not ups. They don't have either. (They claim some packages can be delivered by signing but for some reason it feels like my packages are never eligible?) I've never had to go "pick up" a FedEx package.

And instead of putting delivery notices on the front door, which makes too much sense like USPS and FedEX, they put it on your garage door. Well you put your garage door up any time you leave or come home, so how are you supposed to even know they are there?

I don't understand why anyone would mail with them since their service is so awful, and they aren't even cheaper than USPS or FedEx. How do they stay in business?

I think next time someone sends me something from UPS that requires a signature, I'll just refuse delivery and demand a refund. Rarely is a package even worth this kind of hassle.

I put the wrong house number on all the gifts going to Burkhardt hill area. Driver (or somone?) found my Dad and delivered packages. Kudos! Great Job guys!
