14I have getting 2 text a day from ups saying they tried to deliver packages to my house several times a day So I went to ups yesterday ask the lady to explain to me why I keep getting text messages the driver has never came to my door or left me anything saying he was there She ask to see my phone message so I showed her the phone she wrote down some things told me that this is a scam don't answer the text Took a lot of information from my phone told me that she was very sorry and thank me for coming into ups and letting know about this problem very thankful this lady helped me not to answer this text!
Over the past 5 years the ability to deliver packages has flipped. UPS needs to get with Amazon to figure out this delivery business. I have several delivery addresses with personal and company. UPS is typically unable to get from point A to point B without delays, issues or drivers dropping packages off at Amazon hubs to clean out their truck at the end of day.
I stayed home from work to be able to receive a package. The driver did not bother ringing the buzzer to my building or calling my number (which I left with delivery instructions). I called the 1-800 line (because apparently there is no phone number for the local office) about 3 minutes after the truck attempted the delivery and was told that there was nothing that could be done and that I needed to get to the customer care center by 6: 30pm because they would be closing but that I could pick up my package there at the end of the day.
I arrive at the customer care center by 6: 15pm, am told that my package is not there and would not be arriving any time soon with lots of attitude and unapologetic stares from the two ladies working at the counter. I wait in the lobby until 7: 15pm for the truck to arrive with my package (because apparently the store is actually open until 7: 30pm and I rushed during rush hour to get there before 6: 30pm for no reason) and it never does. I am called numerous times by various delivery and customer care personnel who all tell me conflicting information: that my package is on the way, that my package is already off-loaded somewhere and cannot be located, to wait a little bit longer, to wait until tomorrow. I finally just left the customer care center in defeat after spending nearly the entire day trying to track down this package. I will probably never receive this package and I will certainly make every effort possible to never use UPS for a delivery ever again.
UPS proving again that they have the worst customer service! They tried to deliver a next day air at 9: 30 AM to a business that does not open until 11 am. Never retried during business hours and we had to go pick it up. Way keep being the worst in the business.

I watch the package make it to the corner where i live never get delivered 2 day air its been over a week still no package and now i cant even reach anyone to try to pick my package up because obviously they cant do their job and deliver

After missing my delivery on the 1st attempt (a wine delivery that must be signed for) I was home the next day for the 2nd delivery attempt. UPS requested an updated address for delivery that morning (same exact address as the day before) and then they wouldnt deliver it that day becasue I had updated the address per their request.
The next day they tried to deliver it and of course both my husband and i were at work and missed that delivery. I contacted the wine company who put a hold for the package to be picked up at this location on a Thursday at 4pm. I went saturday morning to get my package.no one at UPS pulled the package for holding! The poor lady at the desk was like I'm sorry, I dont know why they didnt pull it. I'm putting in a 2nd request, call on Tuesday morning (holiday on monday) and hopefully its pulled and here.
Well, Tuesday morning comes, and I have a notification that my package has been damaged and the sender was notified! What the heck UPS! I normally have very little issues getting my packages but this was just sloppy. Customer service and communication are not a priority with this shipping company.

Horrible, customer service. When you pay to have something delivered it should be. Was there cause my elderly neighbor had a package she was in the hospital. Wouldn't come back a 2nd x. Slapped a note on her door to come get it. Said it wasn't their problem. She's in her 80's and doesn't drive! Shame on you!
