4Really didn't seem to know what they're doing. Had a package to sign for and they came way too early and I had to waste my time and gas coming here to get it. Not a good experience.
Today UPS didn't even attempt to drop off my new Xbox and eventually after trying to get it where I could pick it up it got refunded by the shipper because of that. UPS had zero idea what was going on or how to help me and this company is a joke I hope you go under very soon.
Was told my package would be redelivered, they lied. Driver said he attempted to deliver again, and nobody was home, which was a lie. Both my mom and step-dad were waiting, watching the cameras for him Horrible experience and i pray to God I never have to use ups again.
I don't know if I have ever been this frustrated with a delivery service. I have called 4 TIMES telling them to not deliver or leave packages at the end of my half mile drive. I told them there is PLENTY of space to run around. I told them I do not want to put WET bags in my car. I told them we keep the driveway clear.
I have one driver that seems to understand English or knows how to read. I don't know what it is going to take to get them to do it right but if I can choose a different delivery company, that's exactly what I am going to do. Enough is enough!
