DO NOT MOVE HERE if you appreciate quietness in your own room at all.
Paper-thin walls and there's absolutely no sound proofing.
Good chance of having neighbors who are CIM college kids who practice non-stopping for 10+ hours a day. Leasing office is absolutely not helpful when it comes to noise complaints.
They are not worried about getting renters and certainly do not care about any current residents!
